Author: Isa Game: N Date: Friday, July 31, 2009 - 5:02 pm Part of the Series: Isa's DDA N levels
Description: This is just ridiculous. It features an extremely high ms/frame, but the enemies in this DDA...well, just look.
I made this level about two years ago. I found it this minute. Be sure to try to enjoy this glitchy ride. User Rating: (Log in to rate) |

That's the point of this level! THE ENEMIES WON'T REACT. I mean, when did you last see that happen? If you're close to an enemy he will shoot at you, follow you, or whatever at you. But in this level they totally ignore you, despite the fact that you're flying past them really close. | | Livio |

how do you play user made levels? All it does is show it frame by frame and doesn't let me move. | | Isa |

Yeah, personally, I thought it would have been cooler to see them all shoot and miss you.

That can be enjoyed in many DDA's. However I have to this date still not seen any level that features this.
Also, because you have skipped posts before; Did you read my first post in this topic? | | Quirvy |

Yeah, but I still would have liked it to have the enemies shooting at you. Especially with the variety of enemies in the level.
I recall enemies not reacting once during a main level. Actually, nothing reacted. It was a hard level too. So I tried to take advantage of it by quickly rushing to the door, but the door didn't react either

Play Tattletale by Nevermore (it's a DDA), and when you've entered the door, tell me if it's the same thing you're talking about. | | Quirvy |

Not in my cave though, because if I were to extend the DDA and use another propulsion, the enemies would all react again. You can test it yourself by moving the ninja too. | | Quirvy |

How did you manage to keep them from reacting?

By using that propulsion: Stack bounce blocks, at least five, and then stack gold coins on top of those. Due to the frame-by-frame approach to objects N has, one gold coin will be grabbed at the time, and when there's no coins left, you'll fire away. I think that using one powerful of these in the beginning will cause enemies to ignore you for, say, two-three seconds. It's long since I made this map. | | Quirvy |
