Apparently he got in through a hole in a new ticket system or something, where you can send "tickets" to neopets to report problems your having.

I might suggest that you guys send tickets about the uploader glitch. I remember that tehmarz had you all sending tnt some preset email about the glitch, and how they should fix it or something like that. Maybe you could  break it into parts and send it as a ticket, and then maybe they'll actually fix it. Or maybe they won't, but it might be worth a shot.

hey that's a pretty cool bug reports system. I just sent them a lengthy report on the uploader glitch. I explained what the cave upload page is for, how their mistake was to add HTML filters to it, how that breaks our levels, complained a bit about the character restrictions in our titles, and even proposed an alternative solution which is to get rid of all the restrictions they have now and only block all instances of "http://".

you know this new system really makes me feel like neopets will get the message. They even let me add additional information to the ticket, in which I explained how the level code works, and a list of which characters we need for levels (I made sure to include "a", so that we can still have fake crates, but I don't care about the 67890 characters used for shockwave errors). But if they really do listen, I would feel guilty if all of you guys were to spam them with the same problem.

This is neopets we're talking about, shos. There's no way they would ever go out of their way to fix every glitch in hatpc. Too lazy, the glitches we use are too insignificant for them to look into fixing.
