Sleeping pills. But if this is a question for yourself, I doubt you have insomnia. You just need to stop worrying about sleep. It helps to read a book before going to sleep or if you can't fall asleep and start to panic, to meditate. What also help is to put your brain to work on other stuff while in bed. If you have an idea for a story or a game or something, try working out some details while trying to fall asleep. Or if you have homework you couldn't solve, try thinking it over again in bed. This helps to tire out your brain a bit while also focusing your mind on other things than trying to fall asleep.

I am an atheist. Not by choice, not by logic, but simply because I don't belief there is any sort of deity. To be more precise, I am a naturalist. I belief that everything that exists can be explained by some set of natural laws.
Politically, I am not entirely certain. Ordinarily I would be economically social and socially liberal, but in times like these I feel we need other priorities. During the last election I voted for stability. I voted for the Democrats, a party which I agree with on most points, but more importantly they get along well with both Labour and the Liberals, the two largest parties in the Netherlands. They could support both in government, which means that we would spend less time forming the government and once it was formed it would be more stable.

Whichever the one was that splits up your chromosomes. Cloning is not good for long-term survival.

By meditation, fasting and paying obscene amounts of money to the Catholic church.

My name starts with Jel, which my sisters used to call me Bel, which became Bellsprout when Pokemon become huge. Then on Neopets I needed to come up with a username that was easy to remember (so no numbers or random strings), so I decided the invert the process and came up with Jellsprout. That stuck.

Kingler is pretty lame. The only notable thing about him is that I always forget him on those "Name all 151 Pokemon in x minutes" quizzes. I generally get about 146/151 Pokemon, but I always forget Krabby and Kingler.

Don't worry, you will outlive your cat. They may still have their murderers instinct, but they also have too little self control. They will always indulge in their food, so they are always well fed. That also means they will become lazy and will never actually act upon their instincts with full conviction. Your cat may be trying to kill you, but they are simply too lazy to actually go through with it.

There should not be any laws regarding marriage of any kind. Marriage is a matter of people, not state. If a man wants to marry another man, his dog or his Nintendo DS, he should be allowed to do so and the government should have nothing to do with it at all.
Mind you that all other laws regarding sex and slavery are still in place. Bestiality or pedophilia would still be illegal, regardless of their status of marriage, and arranged marriages should be considered equal to slavery, especially if one of the parties is underage.
There could be cohabitational contracts, where to people sign a contract which automatically makes them heirs of the other and which lets all possessions of all the parties be owned by all, similar to current marriage, but there shouldn't restrictions on gender, religion, love or even number of parties signing the contract.

As for the relationship between marriage and religion, marriage is spread across all continents and religions. In fact, marriage even predates all modern religions. For one religion to stake a claim to marriage and try to impose their own restrictions upon it for everybody is plain wrong. As long as the government has a part in marriage, they shouldn't try exclude anyone from marriage for whatever reason.

You may know that we Dutch were the first country in modern times to allow gay marriage. In fact, by now it is not even a point of discussion here. Pretty much near anybody in the Netherlands believes two people of the same gender should be allowed to marry each other and we watch on in disbelief as other countries tear themselves apart about such a non-issue.

It should only be allowed if both parties are both capable of consenting and are adults. The first requirement should be obvious. For example, an animal can't consent, so bestiality shouldn't be allowed. The second requirement is because teenagers have not yet matured enough to rationally decide what they want. While this maturity varies between each person, I think it is important to set clear boundaries and leave out all ambiguity, so I would put maturity at the age of 18. There should be an exception if the two people are within three years of each other.

Any fetish should be legal, as long as it doesn't break any other laws. What two (or more) consenting adults do behind closed doors is none of my business.

And I laugh at everybody who thinks involvement in Syria is going to lead to WW III. Russia and China really don't care that much about it. Their only concern is that they are afraid international involvement in internal matters becomes standard, meaning the US and England will rush over as soon as civil war breaks out in their countries. So right now they are pushing as hard as they can to convince everyone not to get involved in another country's political problems. They have no reason to get involved in a war with the US at this point.

About the torrents: If its downloading Copyrighted material(Movies, Music,Books,Games, etc.), it is illegal. If its free work offered as a torrent then its fine.

@Buboy
I doubt stress makes your homework better. Best thing to do is plan ahead what times to spend on your homework.

No idea. You can best ask Harumbai.

I like to help people. And I saw people on other sites do "Ask Me Anything" threads, so I figured it would be fun to do the same.

I don't care much about the karma system. So to joke around with it, I asked Livio to make my karma the minimum value possible.

Pretty much anything regarding modern pop music, to give an example.

You are less experienced than our senior members at making levels, so your levels are probably less interesting to talk about.

By continuously annoying Livio (or Haily, I suppose) about it.

IL. My main problem with the IO is that there is barely any teamwork. It is pretty much just a series of individual contests. The only difference is that Harumbai's victories also count for his teammates, despite having done nothing to earn it. The Interguild League forces teamwork upon the teams.
For the judges it is also much more manageable. It is not as fun as it sounds to play and rank 50 or so levels for the IO.

I don't think it is illegal to download the torrents themselves anywhere. To torrent copyrighted files on the other hand, I think the laws regarding that are different for each region.
But do note that there is lots of freeware being offered as a torrent to preserve bandwidth. Open Office or OCRemix are some examples.

I hope not. I don't see why anyone would want to play that Katy Perry expansion pack. I would also like to note that due to the enormous amount of expansion packs the entire game would cost over $500. Most of them are terrible as well. You are probably best of to just play the original + one expansion pack.

I think engineer is a solid choice. High job security and pretty decent wages. You need to be fairly good at math for it, though.

In the Interguild? None, it is not a physical location.

I am a Naturalist atheist. I don't belief in any supernatural being or phenomena. Everything that happens should be possible to be explained through natural laws.
I don't belief this because I chose to, I simply belief this.

What pictures? I'm not seeing anything.

No.

@Jorster
Read up on the material and if you think you are ready, try doing old tests. Use these to find out what you are worst at and focus on these subjects.

@Silver
I belief all humans should have equal rights and privileges, regardless of gender, sexuality or race. So I agree with feminist who try to achieve this goal.
Strawman feminists though are terrible.

I would also like to add that I don't think the differences between males and females aren't as large as feminists try to have everybody belief.
Regarding the wage gap, there are several factors that few people take into account. For instance, females work on average less than males. So trying to equalize the wage between the two genders is unfair to the men. An example is Wimbledon. To promote equality, the prizes for male and female tennis players was made equal. However, male matches are best of 5, while female matches are best of 3. So the female tennis players would gain the same prize for only about 0.7 times as much work.
Another factor is that males in general go for higher paying work. Currently the top 10 most lucrative college majors are dominated by engineering, chemistry, physics and mathematics majors. All of these majors are very male dominated, perhaps an 80-20 male-female ratio. Management positions require character traits which are far more prevalent in males, so there are a lot more males to be found in management positions.
These factors combined account at least for some of the wage gap. I belief there is still a difference in hourly wage between males and females doing the same work, but the gap isn't nearly as large as some feminists want to have you belief.

@jazz
A feminist is a person who wants to improve the position of females in the world. The extend of this improvement doesn't matter.
