Suggest your own favorites in the above categories! Basically, the staff has decided on some levels that they feel should be nominated, but we also want your input. Please, help us out here. Don't be afraid to nominate yourself if you think it's suiting!
Regarding the last two categories, you can nominate anything on the site, including actual happenings! For example, if you feel that the Neezles impersonating was the biggest success/failure of 2009, you can nominate it.
If you don't want to inform us here, you can PM Livio or me and tell us your nominees.

Ok so I can't remember all the level that were made this year, but:
Best Level design: Midnight VI/Echo Caverns/Hannah of Cydonia/Grand Scheme of Things
Most interesting concept: Midnight IV/Garbageman/Trench Survivals
Most creative level: Isn't this practically the same?
Best Video Walkthrough: Snowflake of Doom/Realm of Dying Brain
I still think both of them are really good and it isn't really clear which one is better.
Best Super Hard level: Genesis/The Metal Movement
Most Fun Level: Diablo/Weapon of Choice/Filler/Florida/There and Back again
Best Underated Level: Aquarius/Time and Space
Biggest Success: INeverActuallyLeft
Best Novelty Video: 5 good tries at ImBak
Biggest Failure: The description of Livio's "The Fire Caves of Evil" series incase he changes it "The first two caves weren't too good since I was still very inexperienced back then, but the later ones are very fun."

It was interesting comparing your lists against the current nominations that we've come up with so far. I don't want to say too much about what we have and haven't remembered/decided could be nominated, though.
Level design originated as an "Epic Level" category, or something, before we switched it over to level design, so it doesn't really have many nominees right now. One of your choices is one of them, though.
I was thinking that too, about the creative and interesting concept categories. For some reason, though, they currently have completely different sets of nominees, lol. Once again, a single of your suggestions is already nominated for one of those two categories.
For video walkthrough, those are currently the only two nominees. I'm not sure there's need of any others...
For hard levels, I don't know if I really consider Metal Movement to be "super hard", at least, compared to some of the other crazy stuff that goes around, but I think that's probably a reasonable nomination. And I'm not really sure if I like the idea of rewarding only hard levels. If we have this category, there should be another for easier levels, like There and Back and You Want Candy.
I did the walkthrough for Aquarius, and I tend to agree with you. It was better than people gave it credit for. I just had a bit of a grudge, after dying so many times in stupid places.
INAL? Success? What place did that come in again?
5 Good tries won the IO, but I don't know if it really deserves to win the thing for the whole year. I mean, it had to beat out one of the ?? ones... You, I'm not really sure if I like all this overlap between this and the IO. Actually, I think it's more the IO's fault than this year-end thingy. We should have had more interesting categories for that. | | Isa |

Yeah, I have no idea why we have a Best Super-Hard Level.
In fact, let's just ignore whatever Accel wants or feels, and create that Best Easy Level.
Edit: Best Easy Level category added. | | Isa |

Best Visual Style: O Green World
Thats all I got for this category because it is too hard to remember levels for this category. I only got this one because I just watched the walkthrough.
Edit: Also biggest failure could be the cavemaking tennis topic.
