Just wondering, I'm more of a under guy myself, but that's my opinion. What's yours? Do you guys even use toilet paper?

over. this way you can give it a slight hit, so that it rolls by itself. not...quite...efficient...economically.

Over. Whenever it isn't over, I take it out and turn it around, even in public restrooms or friends' houses. I've never had anybody bring it up, so either nobody has noticed or they've all seen and accepted that having the roll over is superior.

Having the roll over is too much work because if it's not over enough, it can fall back down into an under. With having you roll under, gravity is on your side, making it more natural.
