Here's a smallish bugfixy update to close out the year.

Changelog:
* Sounds are no longer awful on Chrome. As a downside of this change, sounds probably be less consistent again.
* Performance is on longer awful on Chrome. As a downside of this change, rendering performance will be slightly worse in general. Let me know if this is noticeable, and I can look into some complicated optimization for it.
* Dynamite now flies significantly slower.
* You can now roll boulders over spikes. I had overlooked that previously.
* Explosion kill radius is now measured to Hannah's centerpoint (in her lower half) instead of the edge of her hitbox.
* You can now grab ladders that are 1 tile above ground level without jumping.
* You'll no longer perform multiple actions with one spacebar press. Hold away!
* Spikes are ever so slightly smaller. Any smaller than this, and you'd be able to stand in between to spikes. Or I could make them not square. Let me know if they're still too big.
* Fixed a bug where spikes wouldn't be properly destroyed by explosions.
* Fixed a bug where dynamite crates were off-center when falling.
* Fixed a bug that sometimes allowed Hannah to push boulders into other tiles when warping through platforms.
* Removed the sound that played when closing tutorial messages.
