really cool Umbra sure had a lot of evil things in it, where the only way to figure out how to do it is through trial and error.

Thanks Quirvy, good wt. I'll admit, I still hate the cave. And I'll agree I think I over-thought the making of this cave, thus certain useless things. Also now that I see it, it was pretty stupid to put all those crates and the start.

Oh and as Quirvy would say: Now that you've seen the cave you shouold totally rate the level!

I still don't see why you hated the cave. Personally, I thought it was really great! Well, yeah, other than those crates at the start.

I will say, though, that having those crates did a good job at hiding the use of that one specific wooden crate.

The useless bits didn't seem to do any damage to the cave, and actually did a moderate job of confusing me.

You should definitely do more puzzle caves like this; this was really fun to do.



And speaking of rating caves that you've now seen, don't forget about Midnight VIII, my fellow users.

That looks like quite a tricky cave.

Anyway, nice walkthrough, and you were right to fast-forward when you did. My only complaint is that the music quality sounds pretty noticeably bad to me; it was kinda distracting, and it was odd considering the quality of the video. But great video anyway!

also, quirvy, you suck at jumping XD

I think the walkthrough is stretched by a minute with all those jumping.

No the walkthrough is stretched a minute because I failed to get that final treasure earlier on. But it did give me a chance to collect the heart and gem.

And you don't know how bad the jumping really was for me. The third segment of this walkthrough ended out with me trying for a good 1.5 minutes trying to get up the secret area and into the platforms.

There was also a misjump in the part with the wooden crates that I edited out. I wasn't able to edit out the other misjump, though, because of where I landed, and where I landed the last time I hit a crate.

So, is anyone going to rate Umbra? Or midnight VIII? Or anything for that matter?!!!
