How do you do that thing with the boulders? I could never do anything like that on my computer.

thanks =]
uhh and yeah, i still haven't tried continuing that one. i have half of the cave filmed, but not a full walkthrough. i won't have so much free time in the near future as *another* university course starts tomorrow and it's gonna be 4 days a week.

so, how do you like that puzzle, now that you've seen how it is done?
I'd like to see some more comments.

and this music rocks, right?

Neat-o puzzle cave. The boulder puzzle was pretty sweet. What is the purpose of going through the secret area at the end, though?

no reason; if you don't take teh water crate at the right, after the puzzle, you have to enter it to get to the door.

Where you have a boulder on a platform and you hit it directly from below and it shifts to the side. I could try that a hundred times and I would just bounce back down again with the boulder remaining motionless.

I was never particularly good with the glitches or tricks of HATPC. I hate the ones that rely on luck to any extent.

This isn't luck. You simply duckjump underneath the boulder and you will push it to the side. As easy as Tutorial 2.

It's (sort of) luck because the boulder could go any direction. But I think there is a way to avoid that...

Yes, there is. Duck jump to the right part of the platform and the boulder will go left, duck jump to the lefter part of the platform and it'll go right.

Oh yeah that makes sense... I knew there was a way. It just like hannah pushing boulders normally.

Why, gosh, shos, all of these people giving you 4/5's, and talking about how it's too slow. Maybe this is a sign from above that you should speed up your walkthroughs to get higher ratings!

yea, i know about that; i 2x speeded *some* parts of the walkthrough, you can easily say where it's double speeded and where it's not. but this is a puzzle cave and watching it in double speed was actually too fast in my opinion, so the main area of the cave wasn't double speeded. too bad for you, i guess.

i don't make videos to get 5s, i make them to show you the cave =]

The double speed parts actually look even worse. maybe you could just change the playback on hypercam. If you know what I mean and how to do it.

You double speeded around 40 seconds right? That looks like the speed that I personally think it should be at. That is pretty much the normal speed my computer goes at when I play a cave. And you don't see me slowing down the puzzle parts of my caves so that you people can "see the cave"

true, and that makes your puzzle-caves-videos worse imo, and that's why i didn't do it. the idea is to have the watcher understand the puzzle - you're not uploading a video to show that you can beat the cave.

I agree with shos on that one. However, I personally prefer to walkthrough caves for entertainment purposes only.

I disagree with you Jebby, I like to be entertained, but informed at the same time. Sometimes I solely rely on the walkthrough for beating a cave. For example your cave, 1984 was kinda puzzly, so I relied on a walkthrough for it. When you released the 1st one, I couldn't be informed because it was too fast, and I couldn't be entertained because if I blinked I missed half of it.
