woah this is radical
I'm gonna refrain from rating because I see this more as a demonstration of what can be done, and less as a fully serious level (not that it's bad)
The stacked monkeys look rather silly and are honestly very uninteresting along with the next trap which is worse because it could've been done in the originial (and wasn't good there either)
The ghost area is a decent demonstration of the ghosts going through walls, but little more.
The puzzle afterward is incredibly simple, but I could see an enemy carrying puzzle being super interesting. As it is, though, it's incredibly uninteresting.
The next part is easily my favorite, if only because it expands on the idea a little (and it's probably the feature with the most potential). also those on spike jumps with something directly above hannah are way less annoying in reborn. thank goodness.
The gem?... it's not good.

Neato concepts. I guess all the cool ideas will be discovered before HATPCR 1.0 comes out

I'm apparently not good enough to beat the level, but it was still interesting to play. The stacked monkeys are basically like a HATIC enemy

I'll make a legitimate HATPCR level... someday

I did eventually beat it, but that last part was absurdly difficult. Putting 3 of those jumps in a row and then including another very tightly timed section immediately afterwards with no checkpoint in between is just evil.

And I'm not sure what Yimmy is talking about when he says those jumps are way less annoying in reborn. I'm pretty sure it's like a 1/60th of a second window for each one.

I dunno, I didn't have that much trouble with this level. Love the new background, and aesthetically I'm a fan of the extra blocks placed around the level for beautification. The trap with the monkey, two platforms, and two boulders was really great! Right when I thought I had it, turns out nooope I just screwed myself over, haha. I suppose I had a rather significant amount of difficulty with the monkey in the middle section (kinda tough to outrun it), but by some miracle I got the gem the first time I got to it.

I thoroughly enjoyed this. I agree with Droid that the 3 jumps in succession was a little annoying, mostly just the last 2 but eventually I got the hang of it and it wasn't that bad. The puzzle with the 2 boulders took me a long time to figure out because it uses logic that doesn't apply in normal HatPC. I didn't even know that it would work, I just eventually figured out that it must be the solution.

Good use of checkpoints; I would have never had any chance to beat this level before checkpoints, and they were very appropriately spaced.

I'll agree that the first bit was getting really annoying to me, mostly the final part was killing me in one particular spot and the monkeys at the very start can be a bit obnoxious, too. But I think a checkpoint between them would have made those sections too short. IMO, each section should present a legitimate (but reasonable) challenge to complete. If you put a checkpoint between the monkeys and the ghosts, both sections would now be too short/easy for my liking. And keep in mind I'm like the worst hatpc player in existence
