Changelog:
* UI update
   * Added "Information" page with credits and links to CaveGen and the current changelog (M E T A)
     * Added a "Controls" sub-page of Information which displays all controls (unless I forgot any)
   * Added an "Options" page with settings
     * Added an SFX volume setting
     * Added a toggle switch for the mute setting (the M hotkey still works)
   * UI buttons (including the level list) now react to being hovered over
     * When hovering over a clickable button, it displays as green with a white border around it (like speech bubbles)
     * When hovering over a clickable button, the mouse changes to the "pointing hand" cursor
   * The UI can now be fully navigated by keyboard, including the top menu, options, and info pages
* Added cookies
   * Settings are saved between sessions in the same browser (upon leaving the settings screen)
   * Level progress is saved between sessions in the same browser (upon completing a the last level you have unlocked)
     * Level progress defaults to no levels completed. To unlock each level, complete the previous level as in HATPC.
       * If you wish to unlock all levels immediately, access http://droidfreak36.com/HATPC/bake.php?cookie=99050
       * If you wish to reset your level progress, access http://droidfreak36.com/HATPC/bake.php?cookie=00050
       * Both of the previous links will reset your settings as well. A full tutorial on how HATPCR cookies work is here.
* Added slow motion cheat
   * Press the Y key to toggle slowmo
   * While active, all game processes should occur at 30 ticks/second rather than 60 ticks/second
* Disabled the edge-diving behavior when there's a tile 2 tiles above the tile she would dive onto (i.e. when she would dive into a 1-tall gap). You now need to duck-jump to fit into 1-tall gaps again (except...)
* While ladder-jumping, Hannah now uses the crouching hitbox. This makes ladder-jumping under spikes more forgiving and ladder-jumping into 1-tall gaps possible
* Fixed rendering of small levels (like Lesser Evil) so that they render in the top left corner of the screen and the background is un-derped.
* Fixed Hannah's interaction with level edges.
   * The left and right edges will now behave like terrain (solid collision)
   * The top edge will now allow Hannah's head to poke through it but will stop Hannah's crouch hitbox (lower half) from passing through it
   * The bottom edge will now instantly kill Hannah on contact (like falling into the void)
     * This behavior overrides the invincibility cheat
* Fixed the door texture when using red terrain

EDIT: Cookie manipulating links now reset volume to 50% as it is currently bugged to set volume to 5000%

Known bug: In HATPCR 0.4.5, the volume defaults to 5000% rather than 50%. In practice this means 100% as it cannot play louder than 100% but it displays weird in the settings menu. Don't worry about it, you can turn it down below 100% by clicking anywhere on the volume bar and it will be fixed in the next version.

When in slowmo, Hannah's sprite is kinda blurry while moving, and the entire screen gets a little jittery if you climb a ladder

Great job! The buttons on the main menu are responsive and I haven't noticed any bugs with the cookies so far. A couple suggestions for the "Information" page: any external links in there (CaveGen/Interguild/whatever) should open in a new tab by default so that the game doesn't have to load again if the user goes back. I would also recommend you link to the list of changelogs in case the player wants to try an older version or see the notes for it, rather than just the changelog for the most recent version. Duckjumping should also be included in the controls (unless you removed that, I don't recall).

There's still a bug (I think) with the checkpoints that I mentioned in the "How to use events" post, but CaveGen's new event support lets me show it better:

Basically, in this cave (link), the events are set up as so:

$cp(2) at(18, 19) id(exact, 1)
$cp(3) at(20, 19) id(exact, 2)
$cp(4) at(22, 19) id(exact, 3)

so you can activate each checkpoint in order as long as you have reached the one before. This is more or less how I set up the checkpoints in my J level.

However, if you activate 1 checkpoint and then die on the spike to the left, you will no longer be able to trigger the remaining three. I'm pretty sure this is a bug.

Yeah, ATM the camera still moves at 60 ticks/s while in slowmo. Maybe I should cut it back to 30 ticks/s so that it matches the animation rate of the rest of the game.

Well... I can tell it to open the URL on a blank page, but it'll be stopped by popup-blockers. It might be better to stick with the current method as it will be more reliable.

I replaced the link to the current changelog in this (and future) changelogs with that link, so if they want to see all changes, they can find it through the current changelog.

I'm not putting combo moves like duck-jumping and ladder-jumping in the controls because they are control combos rather than individual controls. In the planned HATPCR campaign they'll be taught to you by the game, so new players should be able to pick them up that way.

Uh... yeah. That's a bug I tried fixing a while ago but it didn't actually get fixed. I'll have to take another look at it.

Yep. Looks like a bug to me. I'll look into fixing it for the next version.

It must have been standing on the boulder when it fell. Original HATPC it would probably land back on the ground before it could fall IDK.

Encountered a very bizarre bug in tutorial 1:

It only happens when I duck-jump into the boulder, let go of all keys, then press the left arrow

That depends on whether we consider it to be a bug. It didn't violate its AI in getting there, it just had lucky timing and was walking off the edge just as a boulder fell past. I could probably patch it if I wanted to, but it doesn't particularly seem to be a problem.

Buggy bug is buggy. Somehow it's skipping the check to see if the cascading boulder has a boulder underneath it. Either that or somehow the tile under it got changed to a boulder. Either way, I'll look into fixing it.

So... uh, I have no idea how that bug is happening, kro. So I guess I'll put that one on a long-term to-do list. It seems like a very rare bug (that is, unlikely to run into by accident), so hopefully it doesn't cause any issues.

Also, it turns out that two Hannah's duck-jumping next to each other doesn't crash the game. It gets the game stuck in an infinite loop! So yeah, I think multihannah is gonna have to go on the long-term bug list. I'll look into it in the update after the next one.
