Bugs still on the loose:

when you report messages, they get removed from your inbox but the count doesn't get updated No longer happens

Karma rating blog posts with multiple authors doesn't give everyone karma.

Green, bold "Currently Online" text next to posts doesn't always sync with the Online Members box.

http://www.interguild.org/members/privmsg.php - When you view a private message and it shows the users title there's a backslash before a single quote.

Trophies don't show up on Video pages

Sometimes topics aren't automatically created for video archive.

Adding comps for non-chosen games don't get automatically put in a forum board

When changing user profile settings, receiving multiple errors results in multiple interguilds

Bugs no longer on the loose:

The More Topics button

Background image does not transition well to black, which is viewable on super-widescreen monitors

The video archive's advanced search feature does not have an option to limit by game, however, type &game=# to the end of the URL does, in fact, succeed in filtering the results by game.

The massive username addition only allows 99 usernames instead of 100

The avatar section of the Account Preferences page says "You avatar"

Interguild Olympics results still not completely fixed(??)

Don't wait too long. As I said, you can't even edit a level to have an unregistered user, and this includes already unregistered levels (which means I basically can't edit them). If I ever notice a mistake in tutorial 1 code, I'll have to re-upload the whole thing in order to keep the usernames and the order within the series correct. Or if anybody haphazardly edits an unregistered level, then they'll have to re-upload to get the user right (and thus deleting all the comments). It's a reasonably severe bug.

I posted this on the level 20 topic, Livio, but I don't think you read it. I noticed that some of my recently uploaded levels, levels 16 and 20 specifically, do not say "Warning: This level is affected by the uploader glitch". I'm not sure why, but perhaps you made it only run on the levels already in the gallery? You'll have to update whether or not the level is uploader glitched when they first upload and again after every edit, right?

what i think is, perhaps accel modified the whole account theneopetsteam; when you look at the levels, that name is shown in grey. our names don't, so i guess there's a difference. but why discuss it when you can wait for accel and blaim haily meanwhile~ =D

Nope. The grey part just means that no account has registered with that name.

yeah. I realised that a looong time ago. I think accel made it so that any level by theneopetsteam isn't marked as uploader glitch b/c they are main levels.

I'll have to fix this glitch another day too. lol but I'm sure I made it run through the code when you add the level. and edit it too. There's a giant chunk of code in the middle of the file just for that. well, I'll look at it when I have time.

glitches to fix:
multiple authors
glitch scanners in galleries
the remove from favorites link when you view a level that's currently in your favorites through automation

There appears to be some sort of glitch with the cavelist's order second by feature. I -think- what's going on is the order second by is taking the same ordering as the order first by, meaning, if order first by is ascending and order second by is descending, after you search and go over to page two, the order first and second bys are now both ascending.

Looks like you posted that post at the exact moment that Quirvy posted another post. I noticed that when I read that post by quirvy, it said that I had rated it plus one. it had one vote but zero karma? and that post had a "new post" text on it. I was busy when I noticed that, so I didn't check it.

but yeah, Haily coded the forum posts to have an idea based on their time posted. This really is no big deal because the way he coded the forums really didn't need a separate id number (notice how any id references in the urls are also accompanied by the name of author), but now that I've added all of this stuff to the site, it's starting to get messy. There's really nothing to fix though, b/c no one karma is off of what it should be, even if we delete that rating. But I guess I could go in and make the karma votes look posts up by both author and id....

Lol, posts ID's are by time? That's TERRIBLE! Yeah? What happens if I myself post two posts at the same time?

Lol, imagine we get popular (kinda hard to do) and we get, like, 30 posts every second. There'll be phantom karma votes coming from everywhere. What happens when two levels or videos are posted at the same time?

EDIT: I'm hoping nothing? Topics actually have an ID number...

no, I coded the videos and levels, and I always use id's. except for the cavelist, I think, b/c the cavelist should have unique names all the time

edit: lol even the cavelist has ids
