Minecraft Server Info Server IP: Please login to see the server IP. Ranks & Permissions: (1) Default - can do nothing but explore the creative world. (2) Builder - can build in the creative world. Building powers are given only to referred members. (3) Architect - a builder who can use World Edit in the creative world. Architect powers are given to trusted members who have at least 500 posts on the forums. (4) Mod - an architect who can ban people, set up warps, and do other mod things. (5) Admin - can do anything, because they keep the server running. (*) Survival access is granted on a per-person basis. Just ask for survival permissions and a mod will grant you access. I like the idea of a designated time to come on but it's simply not possible for people to make it on at that time every day. I think this would be a good reason to have some sort of FB messenger chat to quickly talk to each other, like, "Hey I have some free time right now you wanna play Minecraft?" "Sure ok." I have a couple group chats on Facebook already and they're both pretty efficient. I haven't been on a lot lately because I've been busy with school and other stuff, and a lack of motivation, but I'll make an effort to come on a little more often. Maybe not regularly but more at least. Anyway I had this sudden inspiration to build something like Mont Saint-Michel which is in France. Building the most fortified possible thing has just been something I love doing in Minecraft. So I might do that sometime. I haven't played survival in a while, and I got bored of not having any real survival projects other than my house, so I went on a journey to the far north, past the "coolest biome", into this snowy mountain area, and started building a new house there. Pretty cool so far. | |

I feel like we don't have enough people left to play for that to be as exciting as the last reset, though. The new server would likely end up being pretty barren, at least compared to the current server. Anyways, in other news, I now have the ability to promote rank! And probably do anything else people need help with, so if you're friend just joined the server and needs perms, just let me know and hopefully I'll do it faster than it's been done in the past! spooky secret | |

Yeah I really like the current map. If anyone wants to do a reset, we could start a new city far away from everything else. I can even set up a portal so that you can get to it easily. | |

As I'd been working around spawn more and more, one tower in particular had been starting to get on my nerves. It was a very old one, which looked conflicted; Should I be a cylinder? Maybe I should be a box? Or maybe a pointy tower? Why not all three!  I'm very hesitant to tear down other people's builds, and really in spawn city, you don't need buildings to look nice because the beauty in spawn city was how all of the buildings came together to form a skyline. But this particular building looked very egregiously bad, in my opinion, and I'd talked to several others about it, and general consensus was it as ugly. One night prez was online last week, and I mentioned to him that one day I might tear it down and replace it with another building. I think he misunderstood me as saying I was going to tear it down tonight, and asked me to let him know when I was doing it so he could watch, which gave me motivation to actually put the plan into action:  Prez was actually the one to remove the tower. He moved it to some snowy biome east of spawn. I halted my work on the other stuff, and immediately began working on a replacement tower:  Originally, this wasn't going to be as tall, but as I was building it, I realized that the tallest tower in the region was some enormous building I built between the City of Lakes and San Notch, and that bothered me. Since this was right next to the Beacon and in the middle of downtown Spawn City, I figured this would be an ideal place for the tallest tower in the spawn region.  spooky secret | |

Guys. I just made a minecraft plugin for the server called WorldTP. Use it to teleport between worlds. If you're in survival, you can now teleport to creative. when you teleport back to survival, you'll be brought back to the same spot that you used to be at. You can now hop between the two games without losing your place! It'll even remember if you're coming out of nether or the end, rather than always bringing you back to the normal survival world.
