If people will continue to post these pointless questions in 20 years in this thread, I will answer them.

I got five points of data from a heat engine cycle and put it in a PV diagram. However, I did not record any of the temperatures. Is there any way to estimate the efficiency of this cycle with the little data that I have? | | Silver |

Perfect heat engine cycle or imperfect heat engine cycle? For a perfect heat engine cycle I think then it depends on the location of these datapoints. If at least one point is on the isothermal contraction and another on the isothermal expansion part it should be possible, but if all points are on the isentropic sections, it is impossible to know. If the heat engine cycle is imperfect, I think it is impossible to know.
You haven't watched enough Bob Ross shows.
Nothing to worry about.

Aw man. I guess I'll just have to say in the lab report something like "I don't have the temperatures, but if I did, this is what I would do with it..." | | Thomas |

You can always approximate. If you know the pressure, volume and material you can look up the temperature. Then you can take your highest and lowest measured temperature. This will give you a lower limit on the efficiency.
Indeed Imtimi, that was not a question.

That binds beyond life on earth?
To all corners, in pair we fly... braving summer and winter, by and by...
Union is bliss, parting is woe, agony is boundless, for a lovelorn soul, sweetheart...
Give me word, trail of clouds drifting forward...
And mountains capped with snow, whither shall my lonesome shadow go?

http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/google
Yes, google is a verb.
One can not be a hypocrite and realize they are one. Once you realize you are a hypocrite, you stop being one by definition. However, this is not exactly a paradox, because you can still be a hypocrite if you do not realize it.
The true paradox starts once people realize they are no longer a hypocrite because they are a hypocrite. They realize they are a hypocrite so they are not a hypocrite anymore, making them a hypocrite again, etc.
Simplicity is the opposite of complexitivity.
