I have scouted out a base in the Okanagan Valley, where I suspect Neezles and her cronies' base is. Their base is marked by 5 rather short cactus plants in a pentagon shape around the main entrance. I found it hard to infiltrate and now I must treat the injuries inflicted by the cactus spines.

I'm sorry? The suspect is not eliminated. She is alive and well in her 300 000 ft² base. Neezle's agents are actively plotting against us. Can't we just nuke the base?

We don't know that for sure. You even said for yourself that you only suspect that neezles is there. And considering that Okanagan Valley is in British Columbia, and Agent Mountain Meadow has already stated that British Columbia was a dead end, it would be extremely foolish to drop a bomb on what you suspect to be their secret base.

That base exists no more. We've taken it over along with all her assets after our last assassination attempt.
The problem with Neezles is that you can kill her all you want, but she simply won't stay dead. I myself have killed her half a dozen times already. Our last attempt was three months ago, when we had a strike team of 30 units secure the area, to ensure nobody would be able to get in or out, and another 5 to break in and kill Neezles. After putting a few bullets through her head and a few more through her heart, chopping off her head, torching the body and dumping the remains into the ocean, we think we might have killed her. But she has survived similar things before, so we are staying alert.
