I guess this means I should continue to make new polls. I was hoping that we could get some discussion in here on this poll, but apparently not. I got no ideas, so I think I'll just go with

No, the high taxes on scotch tape prevent this.

Obviously. The poor have way too much peanut butter as it is, and now they want to give them more? What are they gonna do with all that peanut butter? I'm telling you, enabling them like this isn't doing them any favors. What are they gonna do when the government's peanut butter stores run dry and they have to get their own peanut butter? They'll be totally lost; since they were always given peanut butter, how will they know how to get it themselves?

The rich already have more peanut butter than they can possibly eat. What are they going to do with that much peanut butter? They just stockpile it and then nobody benefits. This peanut butter distribution needs to be better regulated. Take from those that have too much, give to those that have too little.
And don't give me that "the higher class deserves that peanut butter more" speech either. Do you honestly think Paris Hilton has more right to peanut butter than our soldiers or police officers? And do you honestly think little Shaquille from the Bronx is in a position to educate himself and get a good enough job to get all the peanut butter he wants? He can try all he wants, he won't ever get more peanut butter than William from Manhatten. Do you think that is fair?

no. the lower class should not even use peanut butter. it's fattening, and pricey.
