Lol, why would I stop you from making a comp? If you wanted to make it so much, then it's rather your own decision and it shouldn't rely on me if it's succesful or not. I'm making a cave at the moment that has some specific things and if I'd additionally tell you to make a comp with a theme that's related to those things I'm putting in my cave to easily win the comp with it, then would you make such a themed comp too just because I've said so? I think it's you posting and organising the comp so you are rather asking me for advice instead of running a comp on my responsibility...

If you're actually searching for a theme so hard, then I'd say a comp with specific quantity of certain tiles, e.g. "make a cave with 5 wooden crates, 10 wooden dynamite crates and 3 down and up arrows; use the terrain and empty tiles however you want and don't use any other tiles". It was proposed few times couple of years ago, but I guess it was declined because it's easy to put the needed tiles in wall or something so that they aren't even used. However, with proper rules and honest entries, it would still be interesting IMO.

for that full first paragraph, oops... i'm still getting used to using sarcasm that feels like it's obviously sarcastic all the way. second paragraph, time to take some tiles from some dumb cave that nobody cares about or imperio! /sarcasm

I dunno Yimmy, do you have any ideas for a comp? I feel like it defeats the purpose if you're so bent on having one, but ask everyone else for ideas.

i don't have any ideas, but i want to hold a comp. i guess it sort of does... man, being an idiot sucks

Calm down, no it's not that bad. It's just first, you ask people to come up with a comp, and then you want them to enter a cave for that comp. That's pretty directionless, and it wouldn't really be "your" comp if all you do is pick who wins. I'm not saying it's a bad idea, but be sure to toss some ideas of your own on the table. It is a good idea to get some player feedback on what the theme should be so people will actually enter it, though. You did that well.

ok, i think i want to use my idea, but i might try some of your ideas in the future. so, the games that are allowed are:
Super mario flash 2
Cover orange
Warp game
Ninja plus
Free Rider 1

The only level for warp game is mine and I made it because warp game had no levels so go ahead and include it.

i wanted to allow five games, so i did the 2 that had level editors and had no levels, then the ones that had 1 level then ninja plus. those are the games allowed

EDIT: I see they link to FR3 now. I don't know why people keep remaking FR2 if they're not gonna add anything new to it.

what's really annoying is that FR3 isn't better even in the slightest compared to Canvas Rider. A remake is fine, but getting rid of the Level editor is uncool :/
