guys, for the steal an idea comp I thought about this:
make a copy of the hatpc levels in Knytt stories. it'll be called JuniAndTheBuccaneerDens.
the start would be level 1, and Juni will have the high jump ability only, through the whole level. as pawkeets we can put the flying thing that shoots stars that kill you, for ground enemies other knytt enemies that fit. there's no problem in making secret areas - and make them unnoticable, so that people will have to guess that they're there from their hatpc knowledge. gold can be keys; in order to make it so that it doesn't matter in what order you take them, we can have a setting like this
{level 1...*way blocked by door,door,door,door*...{level2 so that each door is opened by a certain key. if there is a necessity of rising water in a certain level, we can either skip it, or give Juni the ability to climb walls(and then at the next levels juni loses it or something).
to me it sounds like an awsome idea, and it really doesn't matter if we finish it all the way to level 20. since i have no time to do it, I thought i can give it to the team, which will be able to do it in the next 10 hours or so.
you can split the work, as in, harumbai make levels x-y, kro y-z, etc, or you can just do it on your own. if we split it, we can call it a collab cave of our team, in addition to the other collab we're making in SMF
if you guys don't wanna do it, then i suggest harumbai try it out, cuz he's the most experienced of us all; share all the info - code, files, etc here so that he can change/edit/add environment/stuff perhaps...
