my enemy is very good at seeing things but that is entirely negligible because well....my power is stronger.

Following in the footsteps of heroes such as Captain Atom and Radioactive Man, here is a new hero: GamMan (copyright pending). Using my powers of Radiation Physiology, I can turn myself into radiation and, perhaps more impressively, keep this radiation in the same place and form my body back again!
My nemesis is Pool Boy (copyright pending), some random guy who can heal his wounds by taking a swim. Yeah, I do society a great justice by beating him. I don't think he's even that much of a villain, he just really hates my glowing green guts and I really hate his. Really, most of the time I try to seek him out near a pool so I can use my gamma powered muscles to beat him even longer.

Yeah, I think my comic will get cancelled pretty fast.

My power is Volcano Generation. I can cause volcanoes to form wherever and whenever I please.

My nemesis' power is Animal Magic. He/she can manipulate animals, transform into animals, mimic animals, summon animals, communicate with animals, borrow an animal's senses, etc.

I could form a volcano where my nemesis is standing and burn them alive with lava. Pretty easy to beat I suppose, as long as I know what their form is and where they are.

I create power and energy. My nemesis uses power and energy to create weapons of mass destruction.

I do not fare well...

I have Absolute Will: the power to manipulate all of creation using nothing but pure willpower.  Anything that exists can be manipulated, including, but not limited to: matter, energy, causality, emotion, etc. The user can grab hold of creation and twist, bend, sculpt, and re-sculpt it into whatever form that they desire or can imagine.
My nemesis has Animal Exoskeleton: The user is capable of creating armor around their bodies from living creatures.

I fare well.

I have Wrath Aura. An okay power, I suppose.

My nemesis, on the other hand, has Ice Bolt Projection. Well, it's easy to see who'd win in a one-on-one duel.

My enemy got Invisibility Cancellation... so does that mean I can make my enemy invisible, or does it mean that I can make myself invisible?

Aw man, this could be a close one. He needs a device that takes energy to do anything, and I would have to actually use that for a reason other than taking its energy.
