Ok mods, its time to fill in the galleries with levels made by other people.  this topic is where we plan to sort the whole thing. The way it works is that we all claim topics on the galleries by posting their topic titles here. Then after that, you start putting the levels in. Let's try to avoid posting the same caves twice, and please don't misspell any names or titles.

I'll go ahead and claim "Jdouble04w's Cave Gallery" since I already added a cave from there to test the system.

I finished adding jdouble's caves, and he had a lot.

This reminds me that I need to make some way that will let us transfer these levels to an account for when some of these people actually do join again.

btw, using the unregistered system, I'm gonna make a script sometime that will take all of the cavecodes from the CaveList and put them in the galleries. Then we'll have to go in and delete the duplicate caves.

Can't this be done automatically using Marz' cave grabbing device?

yeah, but we're gonna have to manually delete caves that are put in for our side accounts, for example.

guys! try to get at least some unregistered levels into the galleries so that we can reach 200 caves before 2009!

I think you said "add the levels to the gallery" and they heard "spend forever on a monotonous task". I'm gonna add everything I have by other users on my computer (probably will end up being the dbk and inactive galleries from the old forum). Hopefully nobody's uploaded any of them already.

And can we not add the cavelist to the gallery? Let's go through and only add caves that could remotely be considered completed. It'd just clutter the place full of junk.

Oh, and after you add a level, success is spelled wrong.

and wow, I spelled Success wrong in two places in that file...

and you should go through that gallery topic, csd, to make sure you didn't miss any that might have been added by others.

if I said: every mod has to add at least one gallery (not counting their's) to the new gallery, would you even do that?

When I add an unregistered level for a registered user, it goes into the unregistered gallery. I'd prefer if that were changed. I noticed that quirvy never uploaded scrutchus...

Scrutchus? I don't even remember that cave? Was it the one with the unreasonable arrow puzzle in the first room?

Edit: Done with arinwt. Poor guy, all his caves except for one have been ruined by the uploader glitch.

It's just, if the user already exists, than it's not an unregistered user. I don't think going through all the users is as unreasonable as the cave codes, lol. Like, if you do a search for quirvy's caves, Scrutches comes up. And yes, that's the one with the arrow puzzle, lol. Quirvy, if you were not a mod, would you be able to edit that map?

I think he might be able to edit it if he's not a mod. I should also make a 'dangerous' mass-edit page that'll let us change the username and unregistrated category of a wide collection of levels. that way if these people actually register in the future, it'll be easier to move those caves under their account.

I also think that unregistered level shows up under his user search and his "my levels" page. It's just marked as unregistered, which is just like being in a category.

I think that in case cedric forgot, we should add non-stop and imbak to his gallery. Those were some classics.

you can add them right now. I missed those, so I don't know what you are talking about...
