The Interguild needs a new logo. The old one with that weird symbol that supposedly stood for "cave" in some random language jebby found was cool, but it's now useless. We need a new logo, and in the words of the designer of Obama's famous campaign logo: "The strongest logos tell simple stories." So it would be awesome if we could somehow come up with an idea for something that'll completely represent what this site does.

First of all, let's define what the Interguild is about. Basically the Interguild takes games like HATPC where they have so much untapped potential due to the lack of established resources that will help a fanbase grow; we take those games and then we make them grow. We focus on creative games and level makers and stuff like that and the cool part is that all these games are in one place. So we end up making this really awesome community.

so somehow we need to take something from that last paragraph and then use it to inspire a cool idea or abstract visual thing that we could use for a logo. any ideas/thoughts?

Well, we've gone this long without a logo for this site.

Now, I'd love to suggest idea's, but I'm probably to tired to come up with anything good.

I actually got that quote from my graphic design teacher

if we do get a logo, then we could use it in our Interguild-original game(s). and it makes us look cool.

Why not held a competition about the design of the logo?

It's actually OK as long as it isn't the one used in HATPC.

If not whatever game/site that has a gem crate will be infringing copyright.
