you already have 11 topics up there. I think it's useful to have a reminder that there are more topics to be read. especially for other members who don't check the forum index at all. | |

but you don't know how the thing is coded. it was confusing making that More Topics button work. The way it works is that it saves the last time you view the topic, and then it saves the last time that topic has been posted on. And then it compares them together and it tells you if it's unread or not. so in order to make such a page, I'd have to make it go through every single topic ever made and then add it to the list if it's unread. It'd be a huge mess... | |

like a "watch topic" feature? maybe. I'm not sure I know how to make a script send an email, but I bet it's easy. I don't think we need such a thing, though | |

What this says to me, is that you think that our users are too stupid to realize that there might be more new posts when all of the topics in the recent comments box are yellow. Adding a page with all of the unread topics would still be as necessary as this new feature. I mean, it's common sense to check the forum if everything is yellow in. Adding that page would make me more supportive of the more topics slot.  spooky secret | |

It's still annoying to have it yellow when I'm going through the older posts. It's like it almost fakes me out into thinking it's an actual topic, and one day I might accidentally click on it, and if that ever happens, I will send you multiple PM complaints about it  spooky secret | |
