LOL I checked the ban log, and no one is going to get this. that account didn't even do anything, and I don't even think it's on the long list of Banned Neezle accounts on the random chat topic. Unless you meant the last one banned during the spam account era.

There's one before Fungus, but I don't know when Quirvy thinks he made his cave. If he gives me an estimate of a date/year then I can find out whether he was first.

Also I think I actually made it closer to Steel City, the 30th cotw. That was my original guess, but I couldn't remember the name and was too lazy to look it up, and the underwater one was the closest describable CotW I could remember.
