Because Neopets is a big site. Advertisements on such sites haul in a lot of money. I suppose Donna and Adam wanted to move on after working on Neopets for 7 or so years (I think) and Viacom saw a goldmine in Neopets.

Important question: Why MysteryMan used a title "BreachedTunnel" or "CantThinkOfName"? He uploaded there earlier than 2008 and there are < > in there caves. If he could upload it with the < > then you he didn't use spaces in cave titles?

Dunno. Perhaps he didn't like using spaces in titles.
Perhaps one of the other vets knows. I didn't really play levels at the time.

Doc is too low. I got no solid arguments to back it up though, except that I want my main to be ranked higher.

And Docs main problem is that everybody above him is simply better. He is pretty avarage in every aspect. Personally, I would've put him in the C tier with Luigi.

Nah, at the Melee tier list. He is second last at the current European/Australian tier list, but I think he deserves to be last.
Ness has some nice glitchy stuff to abuse, Mewtwo has float cancels and teleports, Pichu has some pretty decent juggles. Kirby's biggest quality, however, is suiciding:
