I'm just gonna get to work. I've got a foyer-type area, and I've got the boss and boss key sections. I still need to get them to the nayru's love and boot items.

I'm making a full quest, very slowly, but eventually, I'm getting there. I'm planning to use this as the 7th dungeon. The original game's dungeons were just called "Level #", but for now I'm just keeping the level numbers in so you know the type of difficulty you can expect. I called it "Lava Lair", but I don't wanna reupload just to change the title.

This level isn't that hard for me. There are a couple tricks that are helpful. First, there's a health/magic refill near the start, and if you're hurting, double back. Second, the boomerang and hookshot can stun enemies. Play it as safe as possible, stun and take out enemies when they separate from the others.

There is a cheat code for this quest. Type "Eyes Yuks Ohm Hutch" and you can refill health whenever. If it's too tough, you can use that, BUT, I trust you not to use it to cheat the quest.

I think the main things that need to be changed for this draft (for the IO)
- Slightly easier. Most people are out of practice when it comes to this game. You can make it difficult in your full quest.
- Get rid of the overworld part. It's ugly, and the music sounds really bad compared to the temple music.
- Maybe include (in the upload) descriptions of all the items, etc.

I have separate files for the main quest and this dungeon now, so I guess that could be done. There are some things I'm not quite willing to part with, though. If the enemies in one room are too tough, let me know which room, and I can tone it down -some-.

Not a real screen; not part of the dungeon. The side warp out of the dungeon needs something to link to that can link back, that's all.

Yeah, that'd probably be helpful. They don't give me a lot of characters, though. I overfilled the description for both of my previous ZC quests.

Pretty much every room with those stupid blobs that spread fire and split into MORE blobs that spread fire should be dummed down quite a bit. Especially the one with the push blocks. It was just insane.

Could you style the overworld? Just a little? So it's not terrible?

The blobs are a problem if you hit them from the front or the back, you get knockback, and then the usually get sent up inside their firetrails somewhere. The trick is to stun them, hit them from the side, and then slash again right after to kill the kids right away.

It took me 2 hours to upload the first time, I'm not doing it again for no stupid overworld screen. I'll make a note in the description to just pretend it isn't there.

How's progress so far? Did you get the nayru's love item?
