Either way I joined the interguild before it was even interguild.org! Back in my day, it was interguild.domingo.org(/forums/)! It was back in the year 1992 or something like that (I don't actually remember what year it was) and summer had began, so I logged onto neopets, and checked my guild to find that we had done something crazy with some other hatpc guild, and there was now a forum! So naturally I signed up as "Sir Bam the 4th" and later had my name changed to Quirvy because I felt "Sir Bam the 4th" had too many spaces in it.

I had been in the interguild during the time the address was interguild.domingo.org too. My join date on this site I believe is just a week or two after it was created.

What exactly is Ice Caves? I've always thought of it as a sort of IG counterpart, but I've never really looked around it much.

YOU didn't exist in 1992 xD...(right?)...well the interguild has been an active site since the 27th of September, 2007; it indeed was interguild.domingo.org; and you can actually still visit that site, what we refer to as 'the old forums'. you should, but everyhting is locked and you probably won't be able to see everything.

It'd be cool if Interguild had some form of currency, so you can "buy" certain things. I feel like it would add to the IG experience rather than detract from it, and give people more motivation to post and be active.

Yes, but what would we buy?

Things like special labels, "items" that don't do anything but show up in our profile, etc. Just for fun.

We got rid of points for Karma since karma was something you actually earned where you could just post a lot of spam and get points. And cuz it also discourages bad behavior.
