When kooler discovered that brohoster reopened, he bumped up an old topic, and then made his own related to that old topic! The old topic was meant to get our attention, so the creator of it used all caps so we would notice it first! When Kooler made his topic he wanted it to mimic the first topic, so he also made it in all caps!

It happened because you made a topic about it, and in your excitement, you did it in all caps!

Wow, you're actually spot on for why I used all caps for my topic, just you forgot  2 of them, one, as you said for the topic I bumped, that Livio was trying to get everyone's attention, so was I, also I was yelling TO SHOW THAT I HAVE A VOICE!
