My apologies. It seems there's a problem with it in where you can't update the config or the file which contains the censor list. I removed quite a bit of the ridiculous words that it had, like Hitler, Nazi, cocaine, etc, but it wasn't updating.
I'm sure that you all will be glad to hear that the command /who is back! The new and improved /who command not only shows you what world players are in, but it now also displays AFK members in pink!
I managed to build a horse-only entrance for my cave. You can also make a running jump, the gap is two blocks - horses run straight over it, very convenient. If you fall, you either land in the middle file, which has water. To the sides are lava. Beware!
While making this I discovered very weird water mechanics. I managed to get the water to only flow in a straight line instead of to the side, which'd result in a no-lava environment (the lava is for killing intruding mobs). The water archs weirdly, best described like this (seen from the side):
We've updated to the latest Bukkit dev build, #3006. There are two notable things that I can think of that are fixed are Jazz's little trick where it says he dies on join, and books can now be enchanted with multiple enchants. Apparently the latter was a bug that they just fixed, which was one of the reasons that we updated.
EDIT: Jazz's glitch isn't fixed despite being in the changelog. Such communists.

Is anyone aware of any city/area/boundary plugins available to mark out claims and cities and such? It might be useful.
I think using boundaries or borders is pointless in Different. If we're talking about Survival, that's a completely different story; I'll get to it later. But first, we need to clarify what exactly is Spawn City. Where is Spawn City? Everyone knows the answer to that question: at the center of that map, built around/near The Beacon. But what we aren't particularly clear on is, "Where does Spawn City end?" No one knows. Just kidding. However, the term, "Spawn City" is very vague. It is usually used to refer to the cluster of buildings and skyscrapers at the center of the map. "But, how far does this city extend into the world?" you say. Well, that's also sort of mystifying.
The closest-together buildings at the center are Spawn City, we know that already. But what some people may not know is that that region is made up of several smaller, tighter, regions that don't have an official name. They all have names of their own, you see, but they categorized as, "Spawn City" to most people. Some examples of these places are, Horseshoe Valley, Sunrise Bay, Pixel Art Park, City of Lakes, and Downtown Spawn City(?). Because people kept making buildings close together in that general area, we have sort of molded these places into one: Spawn City. (Give or take a few) So if we are going to use WorldGuard or any other plugin to mark their borders, we will have to do it for every single one of them. Kind of a hassle considering there are a bunch of them, and it isn't really necessary in the first place. Just use signs.
So, say that they are all separate entities. If you go even farther than that, you will find that there are even more places like this, just a little ways away from Central Spawn City. (What I will call the compact group of buildings at the center, for now) Some examples are San Notch, Lightown, Stone City, and The Nature Reserve. (Others include Yugcity, Olympic City, and Cave City(?)) These places are far away from Central Spawn City as of now, but the server has been expanding at a rapid rate in the past year and will most likely continue to do so- that means Central Spawn City's borders will reach farther out. In the future, Central Spawn City might include all of these places. They are all different places and stuff and were built by different people, so it might be weird to call the 750-1000 block radius that these places are in, "Spawn City".
Just saying, I think it's easier to mark things with signs than to set up plugins and official borders that we don't really need. Borders have always been a bit fuzzy on the mainland and that means there will be room for expansion. If we permanently mark a border to every location, said locations will not get any larger and will stay exactly the same forever. Also if this is going to be one of those things where it says, "Now entering __________." or, "Now leaving __________.", that will be really annoying to the player. The chat will get filled up and stuff and in general it would be nice to avoid useless spam like so.
On the other hand, I suppose it might be somewhat useful on Survival, where there aren't really any cities and people could use WorldGuard to stake their claim in the land. As long as it doesn't have any annoying messages. Although I think it would still be easier and more logical just to put a sign and some fences.

Livio, what did you do? I am now stuck in Survival with some carrots and three pieces of rotten flesh. If you accidentally deleted Different I will kidnap your pet parrot. (I am assuming you have a pet parrot)

Now that the issue has been resolved, I went on Different and made a map of Spawn City. I figured that since Different had no maps hanging on walls that I could see, this would be a cool thing to have. Yeah, there's the Dynamic Map, but if that's ever down again this will suffice. (A little) Oh, and don't replace any maps there- for nostalgic purposes.

A couple new things:
• /speed [flight/walk] [value between -10 and 10] is a new command that has been added, which, as is obvious, allows you to set your speed. This is using the CommandBook command, and because this caused a conflict with our alias /speed giving you an effect through the /effect command,
• /speed has been renamed to /gottagofast.
• With these new commands comes a brand new header, now updated to include new commands and old commands have been removed.
