ShareThisLivio wrote a blog post discussing how we could improve the level rating system. Over the course of a few hours of arguing with a small portion of the interguild, he made a decision to change how levels would rated. Soon after, shos, jellsprout, Quirvy and Yaya all responded in consecutive posts arguing against the proposed system, and criticizing Livio for seemingly settling on the issue while a good amount of the interguild was in bed.
One thing that did come from the blog post was that now small words appear under ratings, in an attempt to change the way people rate levels, so that the standard for an average rate is lowered.
Quirvy won Neopets' Cave of the Week, this week, with his really old cave, Mach 5.
On Thursday, guyguy, upset over people karma rating a review of his negatively, requested and has been granted a custom karma count, despite Dando's disapproval. However, people will still be able to karma rate his posts.
On Thursday, Livio passed his 7000th post. His post was quickly greeted with a karma of -3, but eventually rose back to +1, and now stands at zero. Livio's 7000th post paled in comparison to Quirvy's 4600th post, but it was still a pretty significant milestone.
8 hours later, Livio released the latest Aeon Demo, with updated graphics, a level editor, and characters from GF4's "The Interguild"!
Isa is gone for about 2 weeks, and in the mean time, Overlord will be filling in for him on the KarmaBites. It is not known how much she will contribute, but at least she brings confidence and experience to their team.
I bet you're all wondering, 'Hey, where are those IO competition results?!?!'
Well, worry not, because we have completed judging the Water and Three Arrows Competitions. All that is holding us back from releasing the results is the fact that Livio still hasn't judged the Hurdles Competition. Once he accomplishes this task, results will be released. So I encourage you to send him multiple Private Messages urging him to resume his duties as a judge.
