When I wanna sign up for judging, that doesn't translate to "I wanna thoroughly play, rate, and write a review for 6-10 different levels". Getting a feel of each one, ordering them, and giving breif thoughts on them is tough enough. Those 2 jobs don't go together for me, maybe others, but not me.
I won't post Isa's thoughts, but since Kro asked, I'll post mine (some of you shouldn't read if you are easily offended):
Spoiler:
Harumbai: Cave is streets ahead of the other entries. Easy enough. I'm pretty sure that this spot will be unaminous.
Guyguy: Pretty fun cave, nice short to the point, a wee generic.
Kro: Really good Smf level, but judging by the walkthrough for the parts of the cave that I didn't get to, it was pretty repetitive and it dragged on torwards the end, and like you said, the game's limits make it hard to make an enjoyable level alone.
Sup_Mus: I can't believe I'm saying this, but Sup_Mus kinda delivered this time. Even though the cave is pretty crude and rough around the edges, I thought it was a decent effort and got way further in it then some other entries.
Soccerboy: Meh, extremely annoying. The traps are ok, but a little generic. Also no indication of what to do in each trap or where the fake crates are is a major ass-pain in my eyes. Along with the fact that the word he chose isn't very special. I noticed he didn't enter it till almost the comp was over. I'd almost go to infer that it wasn't made for the comp and he was just hoping to score a trophy.
G4: 1st off, it'd be very hard to place high with a Splitter 2 level in the swarms of Hatpc and a Smf level. It's not biasness, it's just like try to fight a swiss-army knife wielding man with a toothpick, he has more options then you. As for the level, the tiny strings suck, and after 10 straight minutes of Splitter 2, I can't and have no idea how to beat it.
DBX: Not nessecarily a bad cave, but it's very spikey for a water cave, a little confusing, and the pawkeet at the start can be trouble.

We usually don't have that much of any discussion, so my thoughts are summarized.
This is also a copypaste of my thoughts from the judging topic.
Spoiler:
Harumbai is leagues above everyone else in this competition. Krotomo makes a solid SMF level that is mainly held back by the game engine, which I hate. Guyguy makes a quite enjoyable HatPC level. Soccerboy makes a slightly annoying one, GF4 makes an even more annoying one for Splitter 2 (both with a good concept but poorly executed), and Sup_mus gets put in front of Deathbunni simply because I enjoyed his level more than hers.
1st- Harumbai- Easily the best level. Creative word, too.
2nd- Me- Creative word and fun traps.
3rd- sup_mus- I really did like this cave.
4th- Kroto- Hard but solid SMF level.
5th- Deathbunni- Good, but cramped and irritating.
6th- Soccerboy- A good level, but WAY too irritating.
7th- Goldfun- Other peoples negative comments sum up my thoughts for this level.
DBX, to put as lightly as possible. It's not that your level was bad, it's just all the other levels were more bearable/enjoyable then it to some degree. You might just be a little rusty w/ caving, you'll definitley do better next time.
Spoiler:
Ugh, that was hard to find the right words for, being a natural offensive person, I often insult people while trying to make them feel better.

I think people have been really only playing Hatpc mostly so they don't get good at SMF because they don't focus on it as much. That's why people think my level is too hard, because they are not experienced at it. If someone creates an amazing SMF level, and an amazing hatpc level, both at the same level of amazingness, the SMF level would get a lower rate than the hatpc level simply because of the fact the level was SMF. What I'm saying is, if we really want to be a multi-game community, we shouldn't really focus more on one game like Hatpc but instead focus and learn about every game in the community, not just one particular one. If someone was a great Line Rider maker they wouldn't join because we just ignore the game, and actually, most of the games on this site.
I didn't think your level was that hard, Kro. At 1st, maybe a little challenging, but I got the hang of it after a while. You just got 4th from me, because of the whole over-extensive backtracking, and the almost-monotony of just bouncing on shroom-inhabiting Koopas for a while. Infact that is what killed me. Bounce, jump, repeat. It was almost hyponotizing.

Yeah, well I guess that was pretty bad. Thanks for the review, I'll try to make my level better. But I didn't ask for a review for my level, I asked that we focus on more than just a few or even one game.
It is hard to focus on some of the levels on this site. They aren't focusable essentially. Every level will turn out like the other. For example, we may have budding/growing communities in Hatpc, N, KS, SMF, FR2, and a little AA, but will we ever have a sudden rush of popularity for Pyro II or Gravity Grid?
