The poop thing? I didn't notice it in Kinectking's post, but I did notice it in yours, so I thought you just made a typo.

I don't think I've ever had to choose what I ate on an airplane. That said, I may have had salmon once, but to be honest I don't remember. Everybody always gets the same airplane dinner. Same with weddings. There is just catering and nobody has to say in advance if they want chicken or salmon.

No.

The only airplane dinner I've ever been offered is a turkey sandwich, which is a crime because I don't like turkey. Seriously, +20 times on an airplane and it's always a turkey sandwich. God is dead. Most airplanes don't serve fish because they have an increased chance of combustion at high altitudes.

If you've ever been on an intercontinental flight, you'll realize that isn't always an option.

next time you have a 16 hour flight, you'll realize that isn't always an option.

I started the book when I was 16 or so, but it was so slow that I didn't bother continuing it. And I just haven't bothered with the movies yet.
What I am planning to do is when all the movies are out to watch all 6 movies back to back. I will probably be dead by the end of it, but it is worth it.

don't forget the extended editions then, that would be around 22 hours straight of movies. we're planning on that as well. there are many references to the Lord of the Rings in the Hobbit movies

The extended versions are so much better. I once watched them a friend who had only seen the regular versions, and it seemed like all the humorous and light-hearted parts had been taken out, completely ruinng the movies.

Most of the Pokemon spin-off games are better than the main franchise. Mystery Dungeon, Snap, Stadium, Conquest, TCG, all of these blow the main franchise out of the water. The only one you can safely ignore is Dash.

What about Hey You, Pikachu? And Pokémon Channel?
And maybe Rumble?

Hey You Pikachu was so terrible that it becomes hilarious again. It taught many a kid how to swear. It was never released in Europe either, so it doesn't matter to me.
Pokemon Channel is the only way for PAL regioners to get Jirachi in Gen III. That alone makes it somewhat worth it.
Rumble is a legit game on its own right, I think. I've never played it.
Dash is simply terrible with absolutely no redeeming features. There is nothing noteworthy about it. You can ignore it ever existed and not miss out on anything.
