I really dislike playing against Peach. D-smash is ridiculous. I faced Armada in pools recently, and he pulled a stitchface which he used to kill me three times in one match. Doc has to be really good at spacing to beat Peach.

If ScarfTar = Tyranitar + Choice Scarf, and Tinkerbell = Celebi...

It depends on stats, mostly. If Celebi did not hold an item, but had low stats, Tyranitar pwns. I cannot tell the exact damage. I am not a competitive battler.
If Celebi had very high stats, it would have a chance of surviving. Possibly a low one, however. If it had middle-like stats, Tyranitar pwns.
