Read it backwards, remove the space - the place is located in Harakenii, far end of one of the regions (Tarfenno, the Snowbound region, to be precise.) Basically, in your (my) imagination.

I started to get suspicious when I read the "Snowbound region" part, but up until that, everything made complete sense, I even tried thinking of places called Yawaog - I should probably go to bed.
