ShareThisBrawl stage files are small enough that we can upload them straight to the site. I know CSD wanted me to add a staff-approval system to the upload feature to ensure that no one uploads viruses and stuff like that, but I decided not to implement that here mainly because these files are not meant to be executed and there's not much damage that can be done with them.
There's a 20 KB file size limit for each stage, which is plenty considering that most stages are 6 or 7 KB. However, I've had some hacked stages turn out to be 11 KB, which is why I chose 20 as the limit.
