Yeah he could still be scum. Stronger scum for jellsprout, Harumbai and snipereborn though.

You've never said anything about me before. You don't even need a proper case, just say what you're talking about.

I'm not so sure about thomas' town status either. He went from wanting to lynch darvince yesterday to having darvince as comftown with no explanation in between. On top of this, he claims that flash and shavey are townies. I don't have scum reads on them, but I don't see how their play so far is helpful. That being said, his role does seem like it would be way op for mafia, plus I think jorster is town, which may or may not mean that thomas is town (because of the protection working). However, I don't believe at all thomas' claim that he was completely immortal the first three days. Can't be lynched and can't be nk'd until halfway through the game (if things had gone normally)? Talk about op roles.

I miss yuggy. I wish he would come outside and play more.

Yaya gets town points for speaking in a coherent way, instead of just saying "Lulz, lets lynch evary1!".

So, if we assume that jorster, thomas, and yaya are town, we get:
Shavey Dave, Yuggy, Flashmarsh,  Harumbai, Jellsprout, Darvince
as possible, but not necessarily probable, scum. I'm inclined to eliminate flash because he's just a more annoying version of jazz. I'll eliminate harumbai because while he's been quiet, I don't recall anything nonsensical from him. So, under these assumptions, the most likely scum team would be shavey, yuggy, jell; shavey because of the hammer incident, jell because of defending the hammer incident for no clear reason, and yuggy because he's this game's version of last game's soccer, if that makes sense.

Now, the assumptions here are many and shaky, but it's the best I have to go on for now. Of these three, I believe my vote is best on jellsprout because he would be the most dangerous. I also think he is a key to the larger puzzles in the game, so what he has to say should be very revealing.

My vote will bring him to L-2.

Vote: jellsprout

Oh yeah I put Darvince as town because soccerboy did and I went back and read previous posts by him. More info on that here. If Yaya was scum, he would not come into day 4 after being replaced at night thinking soccerboy was scum because the flavor font was red. There's just no way. Flash thinks I'm scum for really bad reasons and even when there's sufficient evidence to conclude I'm not affiliated with the mafia. He's off the hook for now. Shavey.. okay I change him to null. He very well could be scum with jellsprout or something. He hasn't even logged in to the site since a few hours before N3 started and I think it only takes one scum to submit the actions of all scum?? That's how it has worked in previous games, at least.

"Can't be lynched and can't be nk'd until halfway through the game"
Well, you know, shos never did get the setup reviewed...

Hopefully none of you guys need one of those fancy cases or whatever before you vote jellsprout because I don't wanna make one. I only specialize in finding scum; not making cases.

Translation: "I don't support my case and I've only actually correctly guessed the Mafia one game before, and despite everything I've done so far to screw Town over, you should totally listen to me!"

I am honestly baffled how Thomas manages to get so much support every time. So far all he has done is lynch a guy he suspected was Town, tried to lynch another guy he suspected was, purposely annoy Town and finally give the Mafia another free night. I don't think he is Town, but his play is so terrible that I honestly don't understand why anyone would bother following him.

Vote: Snipereborn

Thomas is nothing more than a delusional fool, Darvince has been trying to get me lynched since D2 (for some reason) and Jorster copy/pastes anything Thomas says, so I understand their votes. But I don't understand Sniper's. He isn't one to make such rash votes and his reasons for voting me are from two days ago, yet he never expressed his concerns over this earlier. This is very out of character for Sniper. I suspect he just smells a chance to get rid of a powerful player and tries to seize it, just like he tried to do with Thomas yesterday.
Note how he was the third person to vote in both cases. He doesn't actually try to risk exposing himself by starting such major cases, he just hops on them when they start gaining momentum.

@jell
Two days ago was really one day ago in practical time because little happened yesterday. I'm also not sure why something happening early game somehow makes it out of bounds. I have asked about this before, I've just never gotten an answer from you or from shavey other than "my bad" from shavey and "yep, had to be an accident" from you. Also note, "powerful player". If that player is town, then getting rid of them is bad, but if you think they are scum, getting rid of them is good.\
More than that, I thought we were all experienced enough players to know that "the xth to vote is scum" is not a good position. Weren't you also arguing at one point that scum start wagons? I'm also confused why the only person to actually give a thought process on why they voted you is the person you signal out.
If my analysis is so wrong, please propose an alternate so that this doesn't devolve into little more than a flamewar.

@thomas
"shos didn't get the setup reviewed"
Wait, I thought he did. Did I misread that somewhere or was he just trying to get it reviewed? I seem to recall him talking about this.

It depends on the person and situation. You are not a follower. Yet lately you have been meekly following whatever wagon has been going on.
I also explained why I singled you out. Thomas is as delusional as always, Jorster is following Thomas as always and Darvince is voting me as always. They're all playing exactly how I expect them to play. But you are breaking character here. You are not playing at all how you normally play.

I didn't really think Sniper rushed his vote on you, Jell. To me it seems like he didn't rush it by incorporating stuff from previous days. I was rereading D2/D3 though and I can see why you think it's strange how he changed opinions so quickly. He's a little less town in my eyes, but I still think the chances of him being scum are slim.

Unvote: Flashmarsh. That wasn't going anywhere.

What do you want me to say? The fact that I'm not actually following you, and that I'm voting on Jell who I've had as scum since D1?

I don't know.  I'm kind of at a crossroads.  The most probable choice would be putting Jell at L-1, but I don't think could get anyone to lynch him whilst remaining competent and even I think the evidence is a little things to get a lynch this early. Jellsprout would argue we're rushing it,  which would provide the chance for a hesitant townie to unvote. We could put him at L-1 and make him claim,  but have any other claims in this game really proved innocence? Don't worry, I won't go voteless for too long.  Do you think it's even worth asking Shos to prod Shavey/Yuggy?

Sooo.... does anyone else have something to say? Jell doesn't want to tell me a better plan than the one I gave and thomas doesn't give reasons for anything. It seems like I'm the only one who will say "I did this because of this", but apparently that doesn't matter, so I don't know what else to do.

Wow, I feel like we actually had some real momentum going.

Does anyone think I should put Jellsprout at L-1? Do you think we'll get anything important out of it? I know the deadlines in a week, but going there right now would be a bit rash, wouldn't it? Is there any other issues to bring up? Since I backed off of Flashmarsh with a case that amounted to not much more than bad trolling, I don't really see any other foreseeable option. I feel like this is a stubborn group of people who wouldn't change their minds without serious evidence at this point (or until someone they follow the every move of unvotes).

Why have you voted for so many other people since Day 1 then if you knew Jell was Scum since then?

I think Yaya is town. Yaya's play is pro town and I already suspected that Silver might try a little harder not to stand out for being inactive if she was mafia.

I don't know about whether Jell at L-1 will help, the roles are so strange in this game, but it's up to you.

I wouldn't take Jorster's claims to heavily when it comes to suspecting people. If any role, he is the rubber stamp (or the Pokemon equivalent).

I'm working on a jellsprout case which might be finished sometime. But jell really needs to step up his game if he's town. Is this lurking, crap posting jellsprout the guy we know as town?

Thomas, you are one to talk. Nearly all of your posts this game have been telling people to post or vote more, or saying person X is so obviously scummy, without actually trying to convince anyone of it. You accuse other people of contributing too little, when you yourself have barely contributed anything at all. It's time to get your head out of the clouds and actually start putting some effort into this game.

No, I'm asking because in this case it seems like it'd be used to just generate more discussion rather than achieve a lynch. Kind of the wrong purpose, IMO so I want to be cautious.
