Here's why all the complete list of reads are bad - they draw attention away from scumhunting, which seems to be very much needed at this point. What's more, the reads posted aren't used in any meaningful way whatsoever. Why request reads on everyone if you're not going to follow up upon it?
Of course, the above two points are related.
Anyway - after the game, I'm gonna ask Thomas to take a look at every time he asked someone for full reads and the amount of times the full reads that came resulted in anything meaningful sort of pressure.
Well they aren't all that useful in present time but when you get scum to post that then they flip scum, THAT is some useful info to have. I do think that mafia, for the most part will try to avoid posting their reads though and they are pressured when they have to share them. On page 11 of D2, I had to vote Harumbai before he shared his reads here and that is really useful info now. There has never been a game with two staff as scum (always one staff member is scum) so I'd lynch soccerboy13542 then Quirvy. I dunno who would make the decision to kill me though...
Also I don't recall people always asking for reads on MS but I do it here because some people don't post much at all so getting their reads helps in the long run.
Reads are useful in present time, you just don't realize it. You didn't apply any pressure following the reads given at any point of the game, so...If I had been town, I would have refused to comply.
And I would call you scum for looking like you're scumhunting by telling people to give out reads, then not following up on them. I think I'd be able to make a good case on that - I think I've shown my ability in the past to make convincing cases as scum, should be able to do so as town.
Of course, you were pretty much cleared due to the Jazz wagon, but still.
Didn't I kind of scum hunt in the game? I felt like I kind of sat back after people thought I was town. Only like Jorster was suspicious of me but his reasons sucked, anyway. I dunno if you would make a case on that as town. I mean, in Sefro's game, I felt like you were overreacting so I may just say the same. I mean, you were just too sure that I was scum. If I could daykill as town and somebody did that, I'd kill kill them regardless of what I thought of their alignment. And if they did flip scum then that's a s***load of town cred.
Well Isa hasn't started D4 yet so if anybody really wants to see my role PM then here it is:

You are Livio: Hosting the Interguild, the MineCraft server, lead developer of Aeon, brother of Haily. There’s many useful things about Livio. That doesn’t make him popular though, because he never shows up! When he does though, it’s celebration time.
Twice during the game, you can say, written in BOLD, “I have released a new Aeon Demo!†or “I’ve updated the way the site looks!â€. The former will cause everyone to be focused on playing, and means that during the next night, no passive abilities will go through, for example, a Bulletproof would be ignored. The second will distract people, and make the complete opposite true: During the next night, no active abilities will go through during the night. This includes the Mafia kill.
You win with the town. Good luck.
And here's what I sent to the mod:
- Thomas
- Google Custom Search
- Livio
I wish I sent better ideas but I remember being busy with school and stuff so I just sent a few quick ideas. I probably at least should have had Haily on there but people on IG seem to think he's evil or something, lol. What did you guys send?

Thomas basically said that he wanted to check fake claims tomorrow (such as if someone really is Hated or not). I think that's the wrong way to use it though - nobody fakeclaims things like that. He is well aware that it will mess with Jorster's night ability. This means that Jorster won't receive any target during N2, and following the results of N1, Jorster won't have any powers at all during day 3 and onward.
What I think would be ideal would have been just to claimed that "Hey guys, this is triggering an action that you'll see the end result of at some point in the future", instead of messing around like he did, which only causes confusion.
Well at the time, I thought jell could have been fake claiming being hated to be scum. Remember that game where CSD, as scum, fake claimed being silenced to try to look town? So yeah, scum are the people who would fake claim that to look town. I didn't really care about other people with active abilities being blocked because if we had to mass-claim then I'd know who was lying if they said their action on N2 was successful and it also allowed me to believe Yaya's cop claim 100% because he mentioned he was blocked but I guess at the time of writing you did not know that. Then it also did good, like block the mafia kill, especially against the cop. In terms of what night to use the ability on, do you think N2 was a good choice? I certainly did not want to use it on N1 because then if there was no kill then we'd have no information for D2. Lol I guess I'll do your suggestion in the future instead of making an off topic post like that.
Also, I wanna be mafia for once! I hope to be mafia with snipereborn or something or if he mods a game then I wanna be mafia with Isa again.

I'd enjoy playing scum sometime. Oh and, s'all good harumbai. Btw, did you choose what message to send me when you killed me? Part of the reason I thought that you were scum (before yaya was breadcrumbing) was because of that message.
Can I ask why the mafia decided to kill me D1? Was I just that awesome? lol
Also is this setup town sided or something or did the town just play a good game? I know it really hurts scum to lose a partner on D1 but it appears the setup also lacks an indie...
It's VERY townsided, but it doesn't matter a lot since town won purely due to you blocking a kill on the cop who got two guilties out of two possible, with a scum lynch on D1. =p
