For a sec I thought Isa started D4 but I guess shos is drunk or something.

I don't know what will get Isa to start D4 (without breaking the rules). I already PMed him a few times, gave him some flavor, (maybe) annoyed him and started forum games (I usually avoid them) in the thread because I'm bored. So... what now?

I am annoyed that people try to use the argument "Well, this happened in the past games, so it must happen in this too" - especially in a set up that's this goofy.

You probably should have made at least one mafioso immune to cop investigations though to balence the setup.

The setup was poor, but Yaya was also incredibly lucky/skilled in his targets/the Mafia played badly. Yaya had 4 people that he could investigate (Soccerboy, Harumbai, you and Jorster), and he completely lucked out with investigating two of those.

I made scum intentionally weak to compensate for the 8-3-1 setup (there's an independent, but it doesn't kill people). The problem was that I overcompensated by making you, Thomas, block a kill 100% guaranteed and adding two cops (although both had restrictions - Yaya only had 33% chance to hit under regular circumstances and the other cop lost his cop ability AND will die today as a part of his ability) was too much.
There was also no easy way to protect Yaya while granting him his cop abilities. The other cop is also a Jailkeeper, and shos can handle out a Jailkeeper ability, but again - no investigation, and if Harumbai was alive, he'd be killing Yaya regardless.

It frustrates me that people treat Yuggy + Shavey as confirmed town solely for their role claim, but their roles are not bound to alignment.

I do not regret not adding a Godfather though.

I don't treat them as confirmed town, but as less likely to be scum. The use of heuristics like that is often the best way of focusing your search, although it has the obvious drawbacks. The reason I would assume that they are both town is because the only way to test if they are scum is by lynching them, so my time would be better spent grilling someone else. If one (or both) of them were scum, granting them "conftown" status might make them careless, i.e. give them enough rope to hang themselves.

Neighbors can be (and are frequently) Town/Scum.  

So when sooccerboy13542 is lynched, will it say indie win or town win?

Town of course. The independent hasn't fulfilled his win condition.

Can we get awards on our profiles for the near perfect win? Last time awards were given out was in the first game...

...which is probably a sign that they won't be given out this game. I didn't get one for my play last game and I'd argue that I was pretty deserving of it. =p
