By now it's 1.2*10^7+3.2*10^7*n+/-0.1*10^7 s. There are about 3.2*10^7 seconds in a year. So a+3.2*10^7 s means it's my birthday in a seconds and again in a+3.2*10^7 seconds and again in a+6.4*10^7 seconds etc. The 0.1*10^7 s is roughly a day. So depending in what timezone you live and what time of the day it is, my birthday ranges between a-0.1*10^7 seconds and a+0.1*10^7 seconds. 1.2*10^7 seconds is obviously the amount of seconds till March 29th.
