Yeah, this isn't for the official avatar. That will probably be decided on that topic some time soon. I needed two things:
1. To decide which one should be my official avatar suggestion
(the one that won this round was my original, but then I realized that I was aiming for the color to be the color of the bars in the forground, not the background, because I considered that a more interguildy color and the darker one just looked too dark and din't seem to fit in with the interguild colors. But then I thought it looked a little too light, and couldn't decide between the two)
2. To come up with a new poll for the random poll topic
(You might think that it's easy to come up with a new poll every day, but once you've been doing it for about a week, you start to run low on ideas. Why do you think I did the Gregory the Pony story poll and the tournaments? Because they were easier to do. This is likely the same reason for why D52 handed down round running capabilities on the one post topic)
I managed to complete both tasks at the same time.
Also I still haven't come up with a new poll idea. I'm feeling that we might see a return to the Adventures of Gregory or the finish of the Neezle Spam Account Tournament.
And as for the actual avatar, it's half joke. Obviously the reason why I further edited the picture and proposed them as possible avatars is because I find the thought of shos using that as his avatar to be funny. Not like laugh out loud funny, but like silently humorous.
Didn't I also order shos to also put on some dress back when I was under control of the D52 account during the original takeover? I hope this isn't becoming a trend...

Anyways, moving on.
9, 1
I've decided that since I am running short on ideas again, I'm going to choose each new poll by choosing a random question that was asked in the chatbox, and then providing potential answers to that question. Today's question is brought to you by Bmwsu who reminds you that despite the fact that his name is an abbreviation, it is not to have all of its letters capitalized.

Well you're putting yourself in the shoes of CSD. If you were CSD, how would you answer?

I don't think CSD is such a massive sports fan, so I doubt he cares either way.

And so, the interguild has 11 csd's. they should totally make a collab and produce a Snowflake of Doom 2.

I don't know about everyone voting in this poll being a CSD but I'd be up for a collab to make snowflake of doom 2 between everyone in this poll. Should we attempt to spontaneously organize this just for fun, since we don't have that much level making activity going around today? Or would that be too impossible?

I was about to make a interguild guild cave topic like the pcca one that was made a while ago

I'd put in work in a big collab as long as I am not forced to do big areas. | | Quirvy |

I think it would be interesting if we did a more natural collab, where instead of everyone just being assigned to their own exclusive section, it worked kind of like cave tennis, where contributions are more sporadic and stuff. Except that obviously there would need to be some planning ahead. I'm not actually totally sure how we would get it to work. But we'd get it to work, right?

I've thought that a good idea for a collab was that one person starts and does a little. Not a tiny amount, but not half the cave in one sitting. They then put up the code, and whoever wants/gets to it first gets to do whatever they want to it, whether it be a trap or an entire series of traps, or whatever they feel like. This way you're not constricted to a tiny box. When they're done, they put it back up and whoever is involved in the collab can pick it up and do their thing to it. Of course, that'd work well, I think, on a free-for-all collab, where everybody can contribute. You just have to trust that people don't go and do the entire rest of the cave or mess up something that was finished.
Maybe this has been done, and probably has, but that's how I've always thought it should be done.

I thought that we can do something like uh, a big cave divided to three parts:
| | | |
| | | |
so that in both the right and left parts there are traps and gold and whatever needed by the player, and in the middle, somehow, we'll get water to fill that tiny gap. and you'll have to finish the whole thing and swim down to the door before water fill up too deep or something..

Hey Shos that's actually a really creative idea. I normally don't go for creativity in the design of the cave, just creativity of the traps. | | Quirvy |
