Yes, but for this one we were thinking about making it public. It's weather we want potentially anyone to find out about the interguild. As I said, if we did, we may get a few new members but there is a risk of spammers.

If we expand to past referred Interguild members, we are going to need to promote more Interguild members to moderators. is how I look at it.

Also I think I forgot to explain what I meant in the poll. "Only the important ones" is basically stuff like /who and /spawn, while "A decent amount" would be stuff that really adds to the game, like iConomy and Towny.  Having lots of plugins would just be having a ridiculous amount, like chopping trees in one hit, quests and having cocoa beans and apples fall from trees while multi-colored sheep spawn in your lawn with 3 pigs and 2 cows flying above.

How about: all trusted interguild guys are mods, the most trusted are admins.

Possibly, but depends how many admins. If it's public ALL the Interguild members might need to be admins, as we would probably need them as we might have lots and lots of lower ranked minecrafters  

Just wondering. Can players kill each other? Or are they neutral/helpful/etc with each other?

They can only kill each other in PvP zones.

How about all the server is PVP except for spawn and /home

That would be good. If spawn wasn't safe people could just camp there and then kill you. However if your losing a fight you can just type /spawn and then they can't hurt you.

Is there a plugin that means you can't /spawn until 5 or 10 seconds after a fight?

That would be perfect. But... it's if there actually is a plugin that does something like that that's important.
