The thing about underrated levels is I don't remember half of them. Like guyguy, I think I'll save this one for later due to me only recognizing 7 levels.

That's why they're underrated. I'd think that the idea would be that you should play all of the levels and then decide which is the best.

This also means that if you don't recognize a level in another category, you're discouraged from brushing it off and just voting for something you know of, and think is the most fitting for that category.
