So, on our new server, we are yet to complete a city. So I think we should basically build a city with one building per user, with a Dando52 tower in the middle. Sign up if you are interested. We could even make this into a competition where we hand out awards for different thing (Most Creative, Best Interior, Best Exterior etc.)

Kro City is already pretty awesome, except for redbow's castle, which is just a giant box.

Although I'm not so sure about the name: Minecraft City

I'd join, but I'm supposed to be working on The City of Lakes.

Probably a city based on the Great Lakes IG Olympics team.

I don't think it's some kind of secret, but remember that Great Lakes Monument? Quirvy designed a building for each Lake and by the time the first of those was built, brohoster closed.

Hopefully the City of Lakes will eventually some day maybe get done, but is there even an area designated for it yet?

Anyways, if I ever get some free time I might consider designing a tower for this like I designed the ones for the city of lakes. Or maybe I'll give you one of the designs that I came up with but scrapped because I thought they weren't going to look good if I get really lazy, or maybe I just won't participate at all. Only time will tell.

One thing I will say is that you should probably build the city on a low-lying plain near sea level, or maybe if you're ambitious make it below sea level without making the terrain look crappy (). Well actually that's not what the one thing I was going to say was, that was just a general point which you probably already realized. What I was going to say is that you might want to consider making height restrictions so that of all the buildings, D52's is the clearly dominant one, kind of like how in Washington DC there's all of these height limits and because of that, the Washington Monument and the Capital dominate the skyline.

What I'm talking about:
Spoiler:

Of course you wouldn't want to restrict the height too much, otherwise it would look like the D52 tower is the only thing in the city worthy of note. Perhaps you don't want to make it significantly taller than the rest, but the D52 tower should be taller than the rest, I'd say that at highest the other towers could go up near the roof(not touching the D52 billboard if you decide to do a billboard again instead of incorporating the logo into the actual top of the building)

Of course everyone might plan on doing smaller buildings regardless, I don't know, I haven't really gotten to see how you guys operate recently, but the term "City" makes me think of tall buildings and such.

Quirvy! that was your 5800th post!

If you do Quirvy's idea, you're gonna have to figure out how to enforce the height limit, because I know at least someone's gonna forget and end up breaking the style.
