Hey guys. I was silenced today, which means I can only have 3 posts. The only reason I am wasting this one is to make sure I don't get lynched for inactivity.

I am fairly sure that CSD don't want us to talk about our roles, our night actions and the like, mainly because we're not supposed to know what roles are in this game. Just saying.

No, offense Dando, but how do we know you aren't mafia? If your claims are right, you've pretty much doomed the chances of me/Isa getting town lynched, so that means the mafia can/probably will pounce on Isa/Me. But you didn't say anything about yourself in that post, sure you guys probably would've killed me/Isa by now, but you could easily just announce your findings to make yourself seem undeniably-innocent. It just struck me funky that you'd open up like that only to boost activity.

Of the suspicious people you mentioned, Dando, I still think Bmwsu could still be guilty. His defused explanation of the " theory" might just be him indirectly admitting that he never had one and said he had one to keep him around.

Honestly, this makes me very suspicious of you, isa, and yaya. It's as if you are trying to protect yourself and the other mafia.

I've played in mafia games before and one tactic that i've learned is for the mafia to raise suspicions of their teammate to act innocent.

With dando fos'ing me, all she said was that i hadn't posted too much, and it's true. I haven't posted much. so i can't really say anything against that that will change her mind xD

I don't see why not. We've spent plenty of time trying to figure out people's roles, and revealing your own can be a legitimate strategy, if not a particularly safe one.


You don't. I could be lying for all you and the Mafia know. But if I were Mafia, I don't see what I'd gain from trying to convince everyone you're Town. And I'm in a far riskier spot than you or Isa right now, really, so you should be fine for now.


Yeah, I knew I'd probably come across as suspicious. But I've been getting kind of bored of this game, too. We've been playing it for almost two months now and we haven't really gotten anywhere, so I figured I might as well. Better this than going back to discussing who killed Jell and Deathbunni, in my opinion.


Suspicions were high for Bmwsu because he didn't supply much reasoning, and you don't want to act like that? Not supplying a defence is acting like that.

Alright. It seems like I was the target of choice for anything during Night 1 - I was apparently targeted by both DBX (according to Dando's theory from Day 3, which seems very plausible) and Dando, both of them wanting to know whether I am a townie or not. However, a Mafia (most probably) member also silenced me. This meant that I only made three posts during day 2, and if you remember why I was hidden a lot during day 2, it was because I didn't want people to see that I was online, yet not posting whacko theories on the Mafia boards. That was also part of the reason why I considered Thomas to be a Mafia member, I was suspicious of him and vice versa.

My role has so far proven to be useless. I can pardon persons during certain circumstances to make sure they're not lynched. However, because I've been the main person behind the two lynches we've done, I haven't had any use at all for this ability.

If what Dando says is true, then we'll have a lead. Kinda. Unless there is a mafia detective or something like that...

Uh, didn't you read his latest posts? Bmwsu never really had a theory, just a hidden suspicion of me, you and Dando (if I recall correctly)...

About the silencing, that was me. It isn't a particularly useful ability, but on the second day I silenced Isa because I was worried he was mafia, and thought that he would be inconvenienced by a lack of speech. On the third day I couldn't decide on anyone to silence and today I went for Guyguy just so I got to use my ability (for fun).

At least we know for certain that Isa and Yaya are cleared, providing Dando is telling the truth, which she probably is unless she is in the Mafia along with Isa or Yaya (I don't think all the mafia members would incriminate themselves at the same time...). For now I'm letting Isa and Yaya (and Dando) off the hook.

I've never been one to jump in with the majority so I'll have a look at Soccer's older posts before I make a decision on what I think.

I made a rundown of his Day 1 and early Day 2 posts during Day 2, along with my thoughts. I stand for everything still except for the "first to make an accusation = Town" part.

Urgh, I get a free weekend with no homework and I'm not sick, and then we get a ton of snow dropped on us. Sucks.

This silencing thing is pretty interesting, though. That's the neat thing about this game; once you find something out like that, it reveals all these new layers to past events. When I investigate people, I get their alignment and their character name, but not their role. Isa came up as 'Livio'. When I saw you being hidden all the time in Day 2, I thought it was pretty suspicious and began to question my findings. I thought maybe you were the "Godfather" Mafia role, which would make you appear innocent when you're investigated. 'Livio' being a Godfather seemed sort of like CSD's sense of humour, too. But I guess you're the "Mayor/Governor" role, then, which makes more sense.

Anyway, the fact that you were silenced also makes this post from Soccerboy, right at the beginning of Day 2, a lot more interesting:


I thought it was weird that he was so quick to attack you for not posting so early in the day. It looks sort of like he knew you were silenced and was trying to put you on the spot for it, a bit too eagerly. Since Harumbai says he's responsible for the silencing, that puts some suspicion on him as well. Unless there are two people with that ability.

I'm still suspicious of Bmwsu, too, but I'm pretty iffy on him, the same way I was pretty iffy on Thomas. It's hard to tell if he's a Mafia member who's doing a really poor job of appearing innocent, or just a really flustered Townie. I'll still FoS him, though.

The reason why I said that was because in day 1, isa had made multiple lengthy posts. So i found it odd that he wasn't posting all of a sudden.

And then after that, isa said that 3 others hadn't posted. i really looked at isa because of what was mentioned above in my post. i find it odd that he didn't say he was silenced.

I would have done so, but I thought you weren't allowed to mention your role OR what has happened to you during the night.

Had I knew that I was allowed to mention my silencing (oh the irony), I'd do so. Instead, I worked with the three posts I had.

Dando, I want you to investigate Harumbai this night. I doubt that a townie would be given the ability to silence anyone, so I am suspicious of him.
