so i gave this about 5 tries, cuz i don't have much time, and i do have some things to say: firstly, the first three traps are overtimed in my opinion. they are way too easy if you know what you want to do. so make it alittle harder, make it failable or something. second, the third trap, at the top: it's not quite a trap. even if you wait, and the metal is destroyed, the platform can be reached by jumping to it, if you time it right - jump from the left area of the espikes, and when you've falled enough hit the right key; you won't hit the spikes and will get onto the platform. you can change this by having the platform changed to K= instead of ==, and have that metal crate become a wooden box, for example. i got to the part where you can see the pawkeets. nice minipuzzle with the boulder, it actually got me once  | |

M'kay, I removed just one arrow each of the 2 beginning traps, for usually your opinion is not the public opinion on difficulty  . Basically the goal is to not let the treasures become free until the zero G glitch is activated. In order to activate it, you must start a trap that will activate it, but deactivate in a short amount of time, in that time you run up the cave and grab the treasures while in zero G mode. I played the fist one and quite liked it, I got to the second level from the bottom. The highlighted sections seems like the trap doesn't block anything. @ Harumbai: Lol, that's pretty funny actually. Probably came from the fact that I copypasted the area from a forever-unfinished cave of mine in which the boulder had a purpose. I gave it a purpose now, so hopefully it didn't making things too crazy/convuluted, and yeah, that bottom area's for the gem, nothing to worry about unless you're tryhard. @ Shos: Hahaha, why does it seem infinitely stereotypical that teh Shos discovers my cave can be completely cheated by an obscure trickjump? Please don't get the wrong idea, I don't want my cave to be cheatable, but I didn't even know you could wedge yourself in those spots by duckjumping to put in my perspective, lol. I'm pretty sure I fixed it, unless you recovered an ancient necromantic scroll from the "facilities" of a decrepit Aztec temple which described how to jump in such a manner or you just know more stuff like that. so here's it. firstly, the start is cheatable, you can use invincibility to kill the first arrow and make big problems. secondly, timings are much better now, perhaps the 2nd trap could be harder but oh well. thirdly, the forth trap - i always get it, but it's always very close to a miss - when you crawl under the boulder, if you release down and just keep pushing left, it works; but it's very close, 100% of the time. next, the timing is way off after the V ^ and it should be made harder no doubt. (btw, nice thing there; it took me a while to understand what i should do lol) from then on and until the door the cave looks awsome. i wondered tho - could the second gem and the heart crate be picked up while STILL making it through? will I be able to get through the platform in the middle after i get them, before it gets destroyed? O_o terrific cave, just fix the titbits and you're done. now about the collab (everybody, read!) . somebody draw stuff, i'll be busy in this weekend. we should get working one by one, so that we don't fail in uploading. so someone should get working!!! | |

Gadzooks! Why Shos difficulty? Well, I got to the part where you send an arrow down to blow up dynamite from the start of the cave and died on a poorly executed jump, lol. I realize you probably wish to keep the Shos vibe, but Code: xxxkk|k m kkk mkmwwkw km^mk mwmw =k ^kk m | <kk|kkwxxx xxkw k mkkw kkkm w w| |w mwmwkm w kk k k|k|k kxx xxw []mk [kkk mkwkkm m kk kmk mwmw m|mm ww k =mk^ww| kxx In the boulder trap of the upper left part of the left part, I hit that spike several times after jumping on to the platform/jumping to the next one. Could it be removed? Also, could a left tutorial arrow be added in the part where you must fall down onto the platform before the boulder breaks it. I didn't it's hard to take note of a spike being directly below you. And that's about as far as I can critique without critiquing like Shos by staring at the code. I enjoyed it, though. I'm not sure how I pass the last trap in the first leaf. I got there in my 2nd try in the easy cave, and i have no idea what to do. you jump, wait on the dynamite, then jump to the right and hit the arrow, timing your jump so that the arrows will destroy dynamites; but I can't get back to anywhere.! | |
