While Yimbert McYimstein brings up a very valid point, I believe that it is vital you eat a well-balanced and nutritious breakfast. Although eggs of the scrambled variety contain key nutrients, may I suggest additional breakfast items such as fresh fruit or vegetables? Perhaps toast would be beneficial, as it provides grain.
