honestly, i believe that y'all need to make more videos with non-neopets stuff in order to attract people here. that's what got me here. shos's and dando's (sefro's) videos.

but hey.
haven't been here in a while.
i've been busy.
no fraternities though. ew, frats.
i still haven't gotten rid of my habit of hiding on here.
you can't see me.
my time is now.

Your time now is always, jazz, and it will always be always.

Anyway, seeing as Neopets' userbase has been in decline for the past several years, that's a good idea. Anything in particular in mind... or just stuff?

also we should probably get the source for HATPC/IC and host it on the site before neopets goes under

That's a cool idea and all but I'm about 99% sure that HATPC is intellectual property of Neopets, and they seem to be the type of people to come after us for rehosting the game. While it might be worth it to have it up, and take it down if we get any kind of legal notice, I'm just worried about them attempting to sue Livio over that

Here's the Twitter of the creator of HATPC. Blow up his Twitter feed or something. Or you could send him a private message and ask nicely. Maybe he could collaborate with some of our members to make an open-source remake...

I met Finn Jones (Loras Tyrell in Game of Thrones) at NYCC today, got an autograph and a selfie, hah. Even after like nine hours of autographing he was still very enthusiastic and friendly. I would have also met Natalie Dormer (Margaery Tyrell in Game of Thrones) but the line was already huge when I got there and they stopped letting it get any bigger... soooo yeah. I could see that I was within about 30ft of her though, so good enough. Also bumped into this guy named Gary Gianni who illustrated one of Martin's new spin-off books (called A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms). Chill dude. Also saw Wikia's Food Truck... but unfortunately they were all out of Nuka-Cola. Oh well. Next time, I guess?

IDK how you guys think you'd get the actual source code for HatPC. It's not like you can right click -> view source code on a hatpc window.

you could probably download the shockwave file and use some decompiler to load up the source, but considering how old shockwave is it might not work on modern computers even if you host it on the interguild.

You mean how old HATPC is. They're still updating Shockwave to this day.

I'm glad flash is getting out of here, it's horrible and outdated and super easy to exploit

HTML5 is love. HTML5 is life. Though getting the canvas to play nicely with Bootstrap is a pain, as I'm finding with CaveGen right now.

They were actually selling Nuka-Cola there. Only time I've ever seen that.

Also, I tried to fix my internet with an extender and I've done every possible thing to make it work and nothing has done the trick. Tried for hours to connect wirelessly, spent over an hour on the phone with tech support, tried connecting it directly to the PC, nothing worked. I think I just need a new router.
