Is the same mechanics as Soccerboy proposed in play? Will a Ditto take on the name of the killed Pokémon during the night?

I think it was because I was on a while ago but I didn't post.

I don't like how hard Soccerboy was fishing for Isa's role there. There was nothing preventing Isa from Fakeclaiming. There are 151 (possible more) Pokemon to choose from. So even if Isa had said something like "I'm a Mew, I also Transform and that is why people mistake me for Ditto", we wouldn't know if he was telling the truth and it wouldn't have given us any information. However, the Mafia would know if Isa is a Townie or not. So they would know if he was telling the truth and try to guess more information about his role from this claim.
So basically, nothing Soccerboy did there would have helped Town.

Jellsprout - even though what you posted is true and makes sense, I have a very hard time believing that SoccerMafiaboy would tell us that the Mafia consists of Dittos and claim it to be true because Shos sent it in a PM to him (seriously shos...). It is a gambit I am not sure he'd make use of.
Thinking about previous games, when he was Mafia last game he did surprise me by talking about his role ("I have a night action but I did not use it"), but I still don't think that Soccerboy is Mafia.
It's entirely possible that he's independently aligned, though, but that's not what I'll focus on.

For my Thomas vote - I immediately pushed for discussion by claiming miller and told everyone to start being serious. He responded by calling me Mafia, then when I asked why I'd do it he just said that I don't want cop investigations to my name (durr). Following that he rubberstamped me saying that Soccerboy's theory didn't make sense, adding nothing on his own (unlike Snipereborn who added plenty of own thoughts), and after that, he posted questions twice about Pokémon and when he saw my vote he tried to put blame on me because apparently he was busy enough not to post deep thoughts, but not so busy that he couldn't post at all, and he added an unexplained vote on Jazz. There were six hours between his response to my Miller post and his "man I can't play this game I'm so busy" post. That's plenty of time, and I never noticed Thomas being especially inactive during that time - but even then that is not why I am voting him. His play is very poor so far and I know that he is capable of much better when playing as town.

Thomas is a good place for a bandwagon, so I encourage everyone to join it.

My posting style consists of short posts. You will need to get used to this, Isa.

Calm down though. Here's my schedule from yesterday:
- Repair pool cover after some stupid rat or something decided to chew holes in it.
- Create recovery disks for a new laptop.
- Go to soccer practice.
- Work with a client for a site I'm working on.
- Post in a mafia game??

Yeah and it's only gonna get worse with school soon. I'm not trying to be inactive but there's other things to do which I could be making up but you'll need to trust that I am not making this up.

It's not what you're calling a "useless observation." It will push Buboy24 to post and share information. Is that anti-town?

ATM I'm not sure who to vote. @ Isa I'm pretty sure Thomas isn't a good place to for a bandwagon. Right now - as I see it - Thomas has just been busy. I'm not saying I know he's town or anything just right now I know that some things come before posting in a mafia game. For example I'm away right now and posting isn't first on my list. I'm not getting any particular scum reads on anyone but that will soon change. *Re reads posts and studies them*

When Yuggy Buoby24 Conzy and Darvince post I'll see about any scum reads.

The one thing I find most suspicious about Buboy is that he does have time to post on caves and in the chatbox, but he has ignored here.

Also I think I believe Isa's claim for now, as if he was mafia he had no reason to fake-claim page 1 day 1, and I think he could have got away without getting investigated if he was scum (He's a very good player).

Ok. Rocketguy seems capable of posting in the RVS stage but I'd like to se him actually post now and see his thoughts. He's not away or anything so this time I'd actually quite like to see him post. Share you're thoughts. Not to forget Conzy Darvince and Buboy24 who have done nothing. Yuggy seems to Have made a fair addition - without much time on his hands - and agree with him about buboy24. OK, Thomas and Shavey Dave are mafia together, GG. Shavey is defending Thomas and he tends to be one to jump on bandwagons (note how he chose to jump on another right after), but instinctively refusing a bandwagon on Thomas while he says that he must reread. His defense of him is also very funny-sounding - "I don't KNOW that he's town, dude, but it'd be really nice if you dropped your attacks here".

Vote either, let's cruise to victory.

I also think Yuggy's point about Buboy24 I better than yours of Thomas.
