To clarify, I'm addressing Jorster in my previous post, not shavey. It was more clear when jorster was just before me.

Everyone runs faster with a knife.

@Sniper (I know you weren't addressing me but...) the reason I picked up votes so fast is that certain players in this game do not no how to play so followed the crowd and voted me. Oh and with very little explanation. The players who voted me first at least had understandable reasons.

I agree my post was terrible, and I clarified when asked. He's playing minecraft, instead of defending his opinion.

ATTENTION, everyone who feels like they make terrible posts too often.

The reason that you make terrible posts is that you're not a pro-active player, but only a re-active. Yuggy has transitioned quite nicely from a reactive player to a proactive one. He doesn't necessarily wait for something to be called out in order to act - rather, he creates his own discussion.

I think a lot of people just waltz around while the big names duel and come to conclusions. Right now, this could have been an exact replica of the last game I played in. Nobody knows what to do and sheeps me on a bandwagon, someone points out that hey you're just bandwagoning, people make terrible posts.

BLAH.

Well here's something to chew on.

JORSTER, SHAVEY DAVE, CONZY:
What do you think of...
1. My claim on page 1?
2. The bandwagon on Shavey Dave?
3. Thomas?
4. A potential connection between Shavey Dave/Thomas?
5. Soccerboy13542?

PEdit: Hey, look, Shavey Dave is stepping his game up. That's great to see.

Wait, why is everyone either voting Shave or Con? It seems kinda early, should you guys observe a bit more? Or is this still the RVS?...

I am a bit suspicious of Shavey, but I don't think it's time to vote him... maybe an FoS: Shave?
Letsee, I see Thomas is playing the usual aggressive strategy, and Isa's also been active, while Jorster's been jumping on people...

Also apparently hitting enter doesn't post this...

And apparently in the time I didn't look at this, I got ninja'd by 10 posts...

That isn't really helping you. Ok, we understand what your defence is. If I wasn't at least partially satisfied with it, I'd have switched my vote to you. How about this: what do you think of shavey picking up votes so fast and/or his seeming eagerness to claim?
NINJA'D by shavey, but still valid.

Shavey picking up votes: Lot's of inexperience, Major bandwagoning
Eagerness to claim: I don't know what to say to this. I think he just wants to avoid being lynched.

No editing, remember? I realized after.

1: Already said my stance on this
2: Has some validity, still not sure. That's why I switched to Conzy, instead of just FoSing him.
3: Not sure. Playing aggressive, but that's his usual play style
4: It sure seems like it.

Reasoning on these?

If you're not sure about how valid the bandwagon is, how can you see a connection between Shavey Dave and Thomas?

They were defending each other, And Shavey was quick to turn on him when pointed out. I believe that that answers both questions.

It seems to me, that Shavey may have a connection to thomas, through his role, that maybe Thomas doesn't know about.

Thomas just seems to be playing like normal.

So umm... no thoughts on me?

AM I NOT GOOD ENOUGH FOR YOU?!

Back on my talking about members who haven't posted area.... I forgot to mention Darvince, and to be honest, I'm sort of surprised no one mentioned that. He should be coming back from camp today... Hopefully...

Since it seems buboy and rocketguy don't really know how to play... I guess we'll just let them bandwagon? Possibly rocketguy will go on vacation and not tell us. Then we can get a replacement... if we can get one, of course.

Can you not just bandwagon without specifying your own reasons RG.

^I'm just gonna go ahead an say he can't.

and then on to conzy.... i know him. imma say it straight up. he's weird. he's jorster's brother so i claim weirdness by association. I have nothing to say as of now.

^Okay, right here... this means nothing. so what you're saying is... hey my post was terrible! but hey! this new guy doesn't wanna have his entire life revolve around the interguild!

Thomas is town. When he asked what a ditto was, I thought it seemed obvious that he was. He could have just said that to try and think oh he doesn't know what a ditto is therefore he must be a ditto! but Thomas is reeeeeeeally clueless about pokemon so it seems fit that he's town.

The whole shavey thomas scum gg whatever thing seems... not so realistic. Thomas just seems to be caught while he was not online. Let's just keep in mind timezones. I have my reasons to believe that Thomas is Town, so I'm going to defend him here. NOT because OMG GUYS SOCCER THOMAS SCUM TEAM.

On another note, JELLSPROUT GET AN AVATAR. AT ONCE. I don't remember him posting once. I'm sure he did, but the avatar sticks with me. STICK WITH AN AVATAR. Thomas' changing avatars i mostly get. I remember MOST of them. Sometimes I don't recognize one and totally just blow over it.

Jorster, if you realized right after that your post was terrible... why didn't you make a postedit after explaining? Anyone can say that 3 hours after. Why didn't you say anything directly after? You posted another 30 minutes later... and yet you claimed you realized that it was a terrible post.

'Shavey Dave' said:
Also, if you know your post is terrible why did you post it in the first place?

To me, this doesn't seem like it's attacking Jorster. This looks like... hey friend... that post was not. so. good... get it together, partner!

Should I vote Shavey or Jorster? and tell me your opinions of this random jumble of block text...

erm ninja'd by isa, isa, jorster, isa, jorster, isa, jorster...

As I'm really not very good at the game I'd like to know how exactly so I can stay like this. I've been trying to play better than I have in previous games right from the start but tht didn't go too well. @Soccer you know what I'm going to say to 'shall I vote Shavey or Jorster?'

You're doing your own analysis here. It's not too deep, I'll admit, but nobody has really pushed this angle previously, so this is you showing clear signs of independent thoughts.

Soccerboy, I am fairly confident Thomas is able to fake a lack of knowledge of Pokémon. Just saying.

Let me rephrase that - I do believe Thomas knows very little about Pokémon, but I think if he drew a scum role he could just alter his mindset to the one he had prior to drawing a Ditto PM.

And jellsprout, here are some wonderful avatars

I really need to be able to recognize you as something ._.

Spoiler:

That avatar stuff aside, shavey what do you think about thomas? also, what about jorster? yes, or no?

Isa, he COULD be faking not knowing about pokemon, just as you could be faking the miller role. Thomas looks more protown to me than you do, because he has the edge that he doesn't know about pokemon. Thomas saying something like "What's a ditto?", in my eyes, is like seeing buboy, since he's new to this game, asking what a Godfather is. It seems more like an innocent question rather than attempting to manipulate everything.

I am calling you scum because of what Shavey Dave did, yes - ever heard of Guilt by Association?
What do you think of the turnaround Shavey did vs. you? What's your read on him?

And are you saying I am too eager to get bandwagons going...on day 1...on page 4...? Really?
Yeah.

Well that's not smart. Null on Shavey Dave for that.

You are, yes. Take a look at this:
'Isa' said:
Vote either, let's cruise to victory.

'Isa' said:
Thomas is a good place for a bandwagon, so I encourage everyone to join it.

And then you turn around and say:
'Isa' said:
No it is not time for you to claim on page 5 on day 1 with a wagon that's based on something not dangerously incriminating.

So why do you want the wagon and you say "Vote either, let's cruise to victory," but then you don't want to follow through on the lynch at this time? That's very two-faced of you. If you're scum, you don't want to lead a lynch (of a pro-town player, most likely) at this stage in the game which is why you're backing off on the wagon when you where so eager to build up the wagon not long ago.

Yes. You want Shavey and I dead perhaps for different reasons. You are avoiding my point. You start the wagon but back off at L-1 but what do you expect to gain from it then? Shavey does dumb things at L-7 so what's gonna change in his play at L-1? You are  doing this because you are scum.

Quote:
Village Idiot (VI for short) is slang for a player who seems to habitually say or do the wrong things, then not understand the consequences of saying them.
And that fits him perfectly based on his play in previous games. It then goes on to say it could be due to the lack of experience and that is a possibility as well. You need stop thinking of the worst and accusing people for petty things or you're gonna be suspecting everybody but your partners by the end of the day.

More aggressive than usual, two-faced, and the miller claim.
