A lot/everyone in the graveyard seems to think I had Jorster as town but that was never the case. Actually, I didn't read all the graveyard because it started to get boring once all the discussion was about the setup or something. The thing with Jorster was that when he'd do something stupid, FlashMarsh was always the center of attention or something because that's what he wanted. It started to get really sketchy on D3 when Jorster claimed to have protected me on N2 but I knew I protected myself. He really had no reason for protecting me because he would vote anybody, myself included. I still had other suspects at the time including Darvince and FlashMarsh so I could not focus only on Jorster.

I don't know if Jorster even could have been lynched after D2 or D3 though because the town wasn't playing like a team. FlashMarsh thought he knew everything, half the players weren't even on, and the people who were on didn't seem to trust me. I had a really crazy buddy relationship with soccerboy but then he died.

I think I already said this in the game but FlashMarsh's claim on D2 or something was really bad. First, it wastes time and diverts efforts away from scum hunting and onto other stuff. Second, scum can narrow down the pool of PRs to kill. The claim did not prove him as town.

Night 3 really came as a surprise to me and I really screwed up my action that night. I had some doubt on protecting snipereborn on N1 (it was really just like "there's no one really standing out as tiown so I'll protect snipereborn") and he only become scummier as the game progressed. Now when I sent me action on N3, shos said something like "action accepted. You can change it if you want before the deadline," but he hadn't mentioned changing it on earlier nights so I was skeptical there not only because of what shos said but because of snipereborn's attempts at starting the Shavey wagon, etc. But what I just realized was that my logic for protecting snipereborn made absolutely no sense. But that allowed me to confirm snipereborn as scum for the rest of the game. It was too late to get a lynch though. Like I said, the town wasn't really working as a team and everyone had different beliefs. A jellsprout lynch was the closest thing possible but Yaya accepted jellsprout's AtE and unvoted. Yuggy and Shavey Dave weren't even coming on and reading or anything so it was basically eight players. With eight players, jellsprout would have been lynched. Instead, shos waited an extra day before modkilling them which all of a sudden brought lylo and nobody was prepared.

I do make a bigger effort in lylos and stuff and I did. I told you guys why snipereborn was scum and there were points you couldn't arguee with (like how he support lynching jazz in this game but not the last) and even his heavy use of WIFOM but FlashMarsh wouldn't take it. I was even kind of mod confirmed but that wasn't enough.

Jellsprout or snipereborn, if I had been unlynchable and the game continued to N5, who would you have killed? I was gonna protect Darvince so I'd just like to see if the game would have continued to day 6. Even if it did, FlashMarsh was tunneling so much that it probably wouldn't have done much, anyway.

Overall I hated playing this game. I was planning on withdrawing from the game before it started when I realized it was going to start about the same time school started but then Yaya did before I was able to so I decided to stay in. I expected things to turn out this way though, anyway and I thought with Yaya gone, if I dropped out, it would only get worse. I don't know if I'll want to join anymore games on this site, should they occur because the quality of games on mafiascum is so much better as far as activity goes. Like I said above, a jellsprout lynch would have actually been possible with more active players. Hell, we manged to get jellsprout to L-1 with BOTH his partners on the wagon. That's the best we could do. That's pretty sad.

Day 2 ended in a No Lynch, Day 3 was a forced No Lynch, Day 4 was a No Lynch. Day 2 certainly started the downward trend, I think everything was fine during day 1.
Linking to day 2 certainly shows that you didn't have him as town - fun fact, nobody cares about page 4, day 2 right now. Especially come LyLo.

You never voted Jorster after his claim, you never raised any suspicions and you defended his claim during day 3 when you said it was likely there were more than one protective role in the setup. Even if you say that in your mind you never had Jorster as town, your actions show otherwise. Allowing him to breeze by was horribly played on your part.

The modkill was the right thing to do and shos couldn't have done them during the day IMO. It was certainly better than the alternative.

FlashMarsh playing like he did during day 2 was suboptimal indeed, but it's still hilarious how you can claim to be competent and still have had him as scum.

Your arguments during the final days were at some times very good, but far too often you mixed them with horrible arguments (the Jazz one is certainly not a good argument - you don't think Snipereborn has become a better/different player over 9 months, after playing his first game!?), so Snipereborn had a really easy time defending himself. You didn't prove anything, you just had a list of arguments, and "Well he lives so he must be scum" is a bad argument. You lived, what does that tell us about you!?

I would have killed either flash or harumbai, most likely harumbai, but definitely not darvince (because he was voting me). That's assuming you guys didn't lynch me and just no lynched (which is the only possibility other than a thomas lynch I think).

What I didn't know was that the NKs did not have a 100% chance of going through. Had I known that, I would have gone after Jorster a lot harder.

No, the jazz argument was perfectly valid. Neopets, mafia was snipereborn's first game, not IG mafia #5. The jazz argument may not be something you'd build a case on but it makes someone scummier when added to an existing case.

I returned for a game in July or so because apparently they make daily backups now and stuff so it should't happen again. I may play another newbie game on there in the future though because I haven't played for a while.

This game I can't remember if someone buddied up to you or not. You're certainly prone to suspecting people who suspect you though - OMGUS.

yeah...that site has more than swearing in certain places, and people there can get very, VERY rude at times..

Not in Newbie games, generally, and if you join one you'll get to play with one player who's in there specifically to teach (as well as winning the game for his faction, of course).
