If the PS2 we have was a gift to me and my sister, and my little sister can play it whenever she jolly well pleases, then why can't I play on the PSP, which is a gift to her and my other sister, when ever I jolly well please?

I've done my part for both of those. I've also accepted/rejected the previous 5 or so submitted games, so I feel I am doing a decent enough job.
