I'm just bored so I read all the MC topics now, and pretty much all of them are seriously full of spam, and I always wondered about the states, so I said why not so uh, me offtopic?

Not trying to be biased, but atleast Obama knows that there are 57 Islamic states, I really doubt some of his 2012 opponents know that. I also admire the simpler flags; I think the 3 horizontal stripes format of Germany and others is nice and simple but offers variation. If we all used solid colors as flags, we'd start seeing them everywhere, lol.

No way are we having flags be big enough to include all 50 stars on the United States flag.

How should we arrange the flags? I think there should be enough distance between them so that it doesn't make the area feel cramped and so that their shadows don't make everything dark. Having said that, we should probably light up the flags, too.

Perhaps we could place them like billboards along the various roads that will be around spawn? It's too bad we can't place them diagonally, unless we have a diagonal road.
